Use to visit regularly before I moved to Kent. However decided to visit with my family for breakfast with Santa. From booking to dining in, everything was simple and straightforward, the staff there work very hard and continue to serve you with a smile. The idea of seeing Santa at the back of the restaurant is a great idea, nice and private and you do not feel rushed. The little goodie bags were an added bonus. Kids had a great time and adults enjoyed the breakfast to. If I can give it 4.5 stars I would, the only negative was that food was like warm, I can understand that they tried to get all the orders out together but a big classic breakfast is best served nice and hot. However the food was of good quality, just a little bit more warmer then it would have be spot on .

Didn’t get to sit inside or order food as we turned up with a small well behaved dog, apparently only service dogs allowed? No signage at the door so how would we know? 10 minutes later a customer walked in with his designer dog and sat down without a problem? I then went to check incase I had miss understood and maybe the bar area was ok? And I was told again point blank no dogs only service! I didn’t want to bring the gentleman into it as he seemed very friendly and even carried his over sized dog into the pub so unsure what service the dog offers? Unless he works for Camra undercover. I’m in the food world so completely understand if you don’t want dogs but feel we have been discriminated based on who you know

I had the pleasure of dining at Harvester recently, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection that catered to all tastes. Each dish was served fresh and flavorful, and I couldn't help but savor every bite. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by Jullian and Jenny. They were both warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their friendly and professional approach really stood out and made the meal feel extra special. Overall, I highly recommend Harvester for both the fantastic food and the excellent service. Jullian and Jenny truly made our visit memorable!

Don’t waste your money. We (a party of 10 adults, 4 children) turned up to nothing but negativity as soon as we got in the door, the lady on the door was hesitant to let us dine as we was 14 minutes late but with 4 children and two disabled elderly adults this can prove quite difficult to get out the car and into places. She then moaned about our prams and how it was going to be ‘a tight squeeze’ around our table however when we got to our table, it was quite the opposite. On the contrary, we was seated and our host Nikki attended to us fairly quickly and ordered our drinks. That was near enough the only positive to this booking. Once our food arrived, we had trouble with three meals due to the chicken not being cooked properly, the manager on duty solved this quite quickly. However, when walking past the kitchen I overheard the kitchen staff moan about our table. Their precise words were ‘bunch of ‘Micky takers’, I think this is a highly inappropriate way to talk about your paying customers, working in this sector myself I know I wouldn’t dream of letting my customers feel uncomfortable within my care. We told the manager on duty how highly inappropriate this was, and her response was an apology followed by excuses. The apology was accepted however the excuse just isn’t justifiable when it comes down to customers: It’s absolutely appalling and disgusting how people could act in such way being in the hospitality industry. To top our visit off, as walking out we made a comment to the staff saying no worries we’re leaving now, to be argued with, sworn at verbally and physically by the kitchen ‘chefs’. The manager then come over and was more interested in shuffling my mum and my disabled nan out of the building rather than dealing with the matter at hand. I won’t be coming here again, not disabled or buggy friendly in any remote way. Highly disappointed in regards to the service...

Family meal out for Nan's birthday family meal of about 11 people, booked for 2.30.

Was 4 before anyone's food came out, which was strange as the restaurant was so quiet. Waitress when she was anywhere to be seen mumbled something about them being understaffed, when every time we got up and went to get drinks they were all stood around chatting

4 of the meals were absolutely freezing, when one was sent back, waitress challenged what was wrong with it, when it clearly had been sat waiting to be bought round for ages. She begrudgingly took it back, and when she bought it back round, had left the same portion of freezing cold chips on the plate as it had gone round with, the other 3 people didn't even want their meals replaced at this point, they just didn't eat them.

No offer of leaving those completely unacceptable meals off the bill, £200+ bill for inedible food and unacceptable service. It's a branch we usually avoid due to this being pretty regular but was just the most convenient for everyone to get to. Needs new management and new staff. It really wasn't busy enough to justify just how awful the service was at all, especially when they were all just chatting amongst themselves. Our waitress had clearly decided our group was too big and too much of an inconvenience for her and it was reflected in her tone and her attitude...

A Wonderful Dining Experience at Harvester Falconwood

From the moment we walked into Harvester Falconwood, we were warmly welcomed by the host, Theresa who set the tone for a genuinely enjoyable visit. Her friendly smile and attentive approach made us feel right at home, and it was clear she takes real pride in delivering a great guest experience.

The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting exactly what you’d hope for from a neighbourhood favourite. Our server, Eman who managed the bar and provided our table service, was absolutely exceptional. Professional, efficient, and incredibly polite, Eman went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we were well looked after throughout our meal. It's rare to see such seamless service under pressure, and Eman handled it with ease.

The food itself was everything we expected and more. fresh, hearty, and full of flavour. From the classic rotisserie chicken to the crisp salad bar, every bite hit the spot. It’s clear that the kitchen maintains good consistency and quality across the menu.

Overall, Harvester Falconwood delivered a fantastic dining experience. Thanks to the welcoming hospitality from Theresa and the standout service from Eman, we’ll definitely be returning soon.

Highly...
