The Super Perfect Pizza — Restaurant in London

I ordered a "Desi Special" pizza via telephone. The man on the phone was very rude and aggressive. I was told the pizza would take 30 mins to arrive.

When the pizza finally arrived it wasn't even cooked properly and I found a couple of long hairs in it. To top it off it wasn't even the right pizza! They had given me completely the wrong pizza!

When I called up to complain the man refused to give me his name. He refused to change my pizza for the right one and also refused to give me a refund!

He ended the call by swearing at me and calling me a pr*ck!

I have never been so insulted in all my life.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE WRONG FOOD BEING DELIVERED TO YOU WITH HAIR...

Ordered via Deliveroo, my order was accepted, yet over an hour later they rang me saying they don’t deliver to my area (they clearly do as have done before). I did ask why it took them over an hour to tell me that and they came out with a number of pathetic excuses.

Bought a whole piri chicken, so dry i didnt eat it. I actually asked them to make sure there's some piri sauce on the chicken whilst ordering and collecting. 2nd time this has happened so i called them to let them know only for them to start shouting back, i just put the phone down.
