Royal Chicken Hayes — Restaurant in London

I remember eating from this place several years ago, I ordered three chicken wings and chips, I was eating the food with no problem that's when on my second wing, I found a black line stringing across my chicken wing, at first, I thought it was just some burned bit of the wing until I took a closer look, the satanic black line actually was sticking out of the wing, I grabbed the hellish black line and pulled it out of the wing, the hellish black line was actually a big fat hair from one of the people that work here.

I don't know what happened to this place but man the food has gotten really bad over the years. I ordered a burger and I dunno, it just looks really off. I lost my appetite and don't think I'll be back here again 🤢. The food also smells off, I dunno, its very strange. Chips are okay but generic. Wings always seem undercooked. Tried the fillet burger for the first time and it was really bad. The strip burger is okay but the mayo tastes off. The temperature for food is sometimes irregular with the bun being stone cold and the chicken inside the burger...

I been going Royal Chicken for years, even back when it was named 'Sams'. The fries and hot wings are amazing, it tastes amazing compare to other chicken shops. Well bit disappointed how the prices have increased over the years. However, they do have some nice meals which I think is worth to spend on. Like Special Mix for £2.79 (includes Fries, Steak Burger and 2 hot wings) and there's an alternative if you are a meat person; Mini combo for £2.59 (Fries, Piece of Chicken and two wings). I'd recommend eating there, the staff are nice, and food...
