Hendon Bagel Bakery — Restaurant in London

Food is decent, but some staff are so rude and talked to me with a bad attitude. I wanted to sit and eat, so I walked to the counter area to look at the mini pastries, and greeted the staff with a smile and said hello. There was a large plate of small sandwiches that looked really good and were standing together with all the other food so I thought we could buy them separately. However, when I asked the staff, the woman looked at me and said in a really rude way that it was a pre made order and not for sale. There was no reason for her to roll her eyes and talk rudely to me. I saw some other mini sandwiches on display in another glass window that she could have recommended, but I no longer wanted to sit and eat. Thankfully, there is another bakery not too far from this one so I wouldn't be coming back to...

Just drove by, saw the door open, and thought, well, I'll have a Bagel. Parked the car and approached the shop to see light deemed and door open, so I stopped by the entrance as i wasnt sure if the light was due to the bakery still being closed or due to an electrical issues, i then proceeded to knock at the door and made eye contact to who I believe was one of the bakers, I politely asked "Are you open" and I was shockingly answered with an abrut "WHAT!"...., so I again asked the same question, and I was once more abruptly answered by a woman that emerged from the corner screaming NO!.

There's really no need to be this rude! Definitely to early in the morning for an argument or to teach anyone how to be polite, so I left, I've shopped at this bakery many times, but I'll definitely not be...

THIS BAKERY HAVE SOME REALLY GOOD FOOD PRODUCT after checking review online we went to buy some sweets and fresh bread on 25/02/2018 around 4.30 pm as soon as we entered the bakery we saw lots of good product and variety but customer service was reeeeally awful. we asked the lady and counter some questions because of dietary requirement instead of answering my questions she did not know anything and she was not helpful at all. she left us at the counter abruptly. bakery looks fine but they really have some staffing issue. there is plenty of room for improvement in customer service. like this customer will never come again. once again the lady on the counter was really disrespectful to us and shop was not busy at all so her behavior cant be...
