Hi was out shopping and saw this restaurant never noticed it was there before . So we decided to try it out ( or twisted my hubby’s arm into eating there ) as it was 2.30ish and we were hungry . We paid £16.50 for cholay bhatura and saag with maki roti and a coke . We got seated. But it took a while for someone to take our order only three people working . One uncle and a man and a woman who were serving and preparing drinks etc., It was busy with lots of big groups there I guess as it was Mother's Day next day every one was out . The wait for our food was bit long and My husband’s food arrived first I had to remind the server of my order . Which came few minutes later . The saag and makhi roti were nice. Even though they makhi roti was tiny . But filling . The Bhatura were soft but got a bit chewy when they went cold . The cholay were really nice. I am quite fussy when it comes to cholay as I make really nice cholay curry. We will come back here again as my hubby said he actually liked it. Of which I am glad as he hates eating anywhere . They also have Indian sweets here and they do takeaway . They only make Paratha up to 2pm only. It says on the menu . Service could have been a bit faster and I had to ask a few times for my glass of water . But hopefully they’ll get more staff. So I wil be back .

Me and family came to Panjeeri for the first time with the intent to try their Indian sweets. Here we were greeted with a very warm customer service, the gentlemen at the counter described all the sweets in detail (whenever we had a query). Upon our arrival I noticed that they had gift packagings of numerous sizes which was a pleasant surprise. Normally, I had seen these in India but for the first time here in London, so we ended up buying a couple of them to gift to one our extended family. Since we were having such a positive first experience, one of the members convinced us to try their food. We ended up going for kadi pakora, paneer bhurji and lacha parantha. I can confidently say that this is one of the best vegetarian places I have been to, where the food tasted close to home. To add the icing on the cake, everything was very affordable from the food to sweets and the gift packaging. I would highly recommend this place, and I know I will be visiting again with family and friends.

Editing it so that owner can look at it and change his behaviour towards other humans. It seemed like an Excellent place for lunch or dinner. Restaurant and service was great. Staff was good. It’s a new place with ample of seating space inside. Had mango lassi fresh juice and faluda all were good. The service was great. You can visit with family interior ambience is kool But while we were seating a group of five or six guys came in and they wanted to sit at a special place at the back seemed like they were from construction industry. One of the guys politely asked the owner can we sit there. And the owner replied it will get dirty so be seated where you are. Maybe he said because it’s a new place but mate they were your customers they were going to pay and were not eating for free. This would be my last visit to a person who doesn’t value another human being as human. Your food maybe good but behaviour needs a considerable change.

I went to Panjeeri with some work colleagues. Took them 40mins to get our food out even though we told them several times that we needed to to leave for a meeting by 2pm. The waitress continued to make out the food was coming🙄. When our food eventually came the Yogurt was off🤢🤮 (the waitress called us liars) 😞and and we were expected to finish it in 5mins🙄.

We asked to take it away and the waitress couldn't be bothered to get a larger container as she would have to walk to the kitchen 😱 (which is what she told us). They then tried to be clever and expected us to pay the full price £49+ for the worse meal ever and made out we would get treated better next time, when we told them we weren't going to pay the full price due to the exceptionally bad experience. Also the previous time I had been there they had given us a half eaten Dosa takeaway🤮 as they had messed up that order too (should have learnt then and never gone back)🙄.

This was the worst experience ever and I would never recommend this place to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever seen and the worst food ever, the tali meal was missing some items which we realised later as well as the yogurt being off it was a waste of time waiting for. Come on does it really take 40mins to bring to the table?

If you want to get ripped off and you have all day to wait then go there otherwise go anywhere else. The Customer Service was the worst I've ever seen in my life. In the end I had to even throw the takeaway in the bin. So much for going there for lunch I had to stay hungry that afternoon.

I should have realised after the dosa incident but thought I give them another chance, but seriously the place is the worst ever. If you decide to try the pani puri make sure you take your own filling and pani as they don't even put the right amount of mix in. The waitress tried to justify herself by saying that there needs to be space for the pani (water) even though she gave enough pani to just fill 3 out of the 6 puri's 🙄.

I would suggest you get some new staff and improve your service as you have lost over 5 customers (as well as all the others we told when we went back to work) due to your shocking service and attitude of your waitress. 🙄🙄

It wasn't even busy when we went only another couple in there, so they can't even say they were rushed off their feet.

As you can see from my lengthy review how bad the experience must have been that I have decided to write so much, honestly I'm not even telling you the rest of the details.

Worst experience, if you go there make sure you have a spare lunch with you and expect the poor customer service. 🙄🤢🤮 Not going to give any stars apart from the atmosphere and that was for our own company to get through the...

If you’re looking for a place that offers delicious, authentic flavors, exceptional service, and incredible value for money, look no further than Panjeeri! This restaurant has completely won me over, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff is not only friendly but genuinely attentive, making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. They go the extra mile to explain the menu, recommend dishes based on your taste, and ensure that everything arrives promptly and just as you like it.

Now, let’s talk about the food—because WOW! Every dish is packed with authentic flavors, prepared with the freshest ingredients, and served with perfection. Whether you’re in the mood for traditional comfort food or something a little more indulgent, Panjeeri delivers on all fronts. The portion sizes are generous, and the taste? Simply divine! Every bite feels like a burst of rich, aromatic spices and perfectly balanced flavors.

And the best part? The prices are extremely reasonable! With the high quality of food and service, you’d expect to pay a premium, but Panjeeri keeps everything super affordable, making it a perfect spot for families, groups, or even solo food lovers who appreciate a great meal without breaking the bank.

Overall, Panjeeri is a must-visit! Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a regular, you’ll always be treated like family. Amazing food, unbeatable prices, and service that makes you feel at home—what more could you ask for? Highly, highly...

Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here. Usually I like to support vegetarian restaurants so I don’t leave bad reviews but this one needed it. We came in at 10.30pm (bear in mind they advertise that they close at 11.30pm) and they told us they begin to close at 10.45pm. Found the staff standoffish when I was ordering and they didn’t know what a mendhu wada was. They could have suggested an alternative that may be similar but instead looked at me as though I was speaking to them in Chinese. We weren’t given cutlery, napkins or even plates until we asked. The staff stand there and stare at you (or daydream) but didn’t respond when we said “excuse me”. We ordered 3 things and only 1 came. The tea was not good. The spring rolls were just the Shana ones, but they were really greasy. When I was discussing the issues with who I think was the manager he didn’t come closer to me, but preferred I spoke to him across the restaurant, strange. He apologised when I raised the issues with him, but it was too late. The men’s bathroom smells genuinely terrible. Like old urine over a long time. Makes me worried about the cleanliness behind the scenes. Only realised at the end. Really confusing experience. I wouldn’t come back here at all unfortunately, which is a shame because I am local and like to support Indian owned, vegetarian...
