Indiano Pizza (Leyton) — Restaurant in London

I have been ordering from indiano pizza for many years. Never have I ever once filed a complaint to them about anything, even though their delivery drivers come to deliver the food without change which results in them taking more money than was agreed on. However, today while eating my pizza, I looked down and saw a piece of straight hair in the box. This strand was short and straight and no one in my household have straight hair plus I was the only one eating and I was wearing a headscarf while doing so. I called to complain and they told me to take a picture, once I sent the evidence, they called me and claimed no one at the shop "had hair" seriously. Apparently none of the men working there had hair which is ridiculous. This wasn't even a long strand, it's short which is evidence enough that it's from their shop. The person I spoke to proceeded to deny the fact that the hair wa from their shop, I wasn't offered a refund for my pizza or any recompense for this disgusting thing in my food. They also claimed their boss would call me and wasn't at the shop at the time, when I asked for his phone number they told me they couldn't give it to me? Who am I supposed to complain to if not the boss? Never ordering from this disgusting shop again in my life. I seriously hope this isn't owned by Muslims as they're repeatedly lying about the hair and being very unfair. If the boss doesn't recompense me I will be reporting this establishment to the Waltham forest customer food safety and...

I was a good customer before but absolutely disguted by the way I have been treated today, I would never tell someone to order from here and won’t be ordering myself. I just made an order at 8.30 and was told it will be one hour or 1.15 min for delivery. I called them back telling them its nearly 2hours at 10.05 no one came. The guy told me driver will be there in 10 min. I waited and called back at 10.45 spoke to assistant manager he gave me a story the driver came and rang the left no one opened the door. FirstlyI has guests kids in my house and was waiting why wouldn’t I open the door so lie stories. Secondly I get a call on my phone but no one called so the assistant manager offered me half price so I agreed as I was a regular customers and kids were waiting. After 5min I recieved a call from the “actual manager” saying we are not going to give you half price if you want it pay full price in very rude manner. I explained to the manager I was not the one asking for half price your assistant manager offered it he then said well sorry don’t know why he said that but we won’t put yourself in my shoes and think would you want such a customer service. I had kids in my house hungry waiting for pizza and then these lot taking the mick. I even said I am a regular customer but the manager said we don’t care the price will be full even dow it was two hours and the manager was arguing with me so much. AVOID THIS PLACE! Me and my partner went in to the Lea Bridge rd branch on Sunday evening to order and collect our pizza. When we got home we realised they had given us the wrong pizza. This is where it all spiralled downhill, when I rang up to tell them we have the wrong order, they were rude and unapologetic. They said I need to come in and collect the pizza and that they wont be replacing the sides but just the pizza. When I stressed that this was not a fault at our end so the whole order should be replaced and delivered and they can take the wrong order they gave us as we don't want it, they agreed and said the new order should be with us in 30 mins. 2 hours later and 4 further phone calls we finally received our order which was cold! Overall, no one at this place wanted to take any responsibility, the guy on the phone was saying its not his fault he just answers the phone and the driver when he eventually arrived said its also not his fault as he is just a delivery guy. Also we live in a flat and he shouted from the street refusing to come up and telling us to come down to collect the pizza!. The fat guy with the glasses who is the owner, came on to the phone shouted at me and hung up. This place is disgusting. Typical Asian freshies who don't know what customer service is. The owner is just there to eat all the pizza and be rude. This place is a joke...
