I've ordered through uber eats and i wish i have never ordered from this so called restaurant its so dreadful !!!!!!!
Let me start with a girl that answered the phone yesterday she spoke in such a rude and unprofessional manner she actually sounded like she isn't meant to be even working there
Horrible customer service and Horrible staff the food has gone terrible but not sure whats happened to them lately as I am your regular customer I've been ordering much longer then that so called uneducated girl who answered the phone and even the manager I've spoken to him regarding the issue and by the tone of hes voice and how he answered to me it shown he doesn't care less to what he's colleagues say to customer or how they treat them so wonder why they act how they do
Not sure if they changed there new management but regardless this is not acceptable at all and trying to lie and mislead customer into showing and sending completely different doesn't solve anything apart from embarrassing yourselfs what your gonna make a quick 4 to 5 pound from packet crossaints instead of baking fresh ones and you lot make it out like you have baked it as usual and everyone already knows you have warmed up ready made packet crossaints on your dirty panini grill you can't trick me I can see beyond that you can't even imagine 😆
I have all the proof I need plus the full English breakfasts has came dry and overcooked the hash browns was too oily and looked like old ones been fried again and the rashers was burnt and dry all the food was disgusting and uber eats haven't refunded me for effected order as its nothing to do with them so they will not sort it out and they told me to talk with the merchants who you got the order from so I will need my refund from the restaurant or im gonna take it further to the food and health standards simple as that
I will definitely need to speak with the chef who makes the food so i can get the full explanation in...
Read moreThis is my local cafe. Its surely the best cafe in town because the other cafes are awful... but just because this is the best in town, it doesn’t make it great at all.
Here's my take on Johnstons Cafe:
Their daily dishes are cheap and the choices look great but they are tasteless. They use cheap ingredients and lack in seasoning
Jacket potatoes.. well don’t go there because they are microwaved. Skyline next door does a much better job.
Omelettes... super big but seriously oily
Sandwiches. Poor choice of bread, comes with a tone of margarine and lots of dried out suposingly fresh salads. Baguettes and Panini’s are not fresh so they are toasted to get them crisp. I asked for for a tuna baguette with cucumber once and was served with a tuna baguette toasted with cucumber inside it too. It was obviously too much head ache to toast the baguette first and then place the ingredients in afterwards.
I continue to go to Johnstons infrequently, because as I said there is no better alternative and I know what to EXACTLY ask for and what to avoid.
Mr Ali thinks he is doing a good job with artificially coloured cakes on display but the truth of the matter is, this place is just convenient for the majority of halal food seekers because the...
Read moreI asked for a portion of butter for my toastafter receiving a decent looking english breakfast, only to be given margarine, which I am allergic to, luckily I smelt it first & asked if this is butter or margarine? the guy said it was margarine, I said I'd asked for butter, he said they don't do butter 🙁🤔 what kind of breakfast cafe doesn't have butter? Then he just hovard around over me, which made me feel uncomfortable, I had to eat the toast dry, if it wasn't for the guy and the butter situation I would of been satisfied, he was also collecting plates from tables and letting out loud sighs asif he was doing hard labour his vibe was kinda strange, sad to say I probably won't be...
