Unfortunate drop in standards here. I have used Iro since opening and been a very regular loyal customer. The standards unfortunately have noticeably dropped in the last 3 months or so.
Firstly and most annoyingly the special requests are now just ignored. Substitutions or removal of items is now ignored (no pickles on Katsu or maki substituted for Nigiri are regular requests that I make, all now ignored)
Being a very regular customer one of the things I liked was the reward for loyalty 7th order 50% off. This was removed and replaced months later with 25% off but it’s not happening regularly.
Lastly the quality of sashimi has lowered, quite a few times it was noticeably icy either from it being stored in ice or much more concern would be if it was frozen.
