IRO Sushi (Croydon) — Restaurant in London

I came inside the store on Friday 6th September after having extreme cravings for sushi and spent nearly £30.

After returning from home, I realised I had been given the ladies next to me’s order.

I phoned up and complained and was told I can get my meal next time when I order. I said no problem.

After having cravings again today, I decided to phone up and the manager had no idea of this nor was my complaint or name written down, like I was told it would.

Twice now I’ve been let down by Iro sushi, even though, I regularly order from both your Croydon and purely branch. As I’m sure the staff know me by my no avacado, instead spring onion order.

This is absolutely disgusting service and need this to be dealt with AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

What a fantastic find! This sushi place truly exceeded my expectations. The rolls were incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients — especially the salmon, which just melts in your mouth.

I tried a few different rolls, and each one had a unique twist. The spicy tuna was perfectly balanced, and the signature house roll was a real standout. Even the miso soup and edamame were top-notch.

The service was also great — friendly, fast, and helpful with recommendations. The atmosphere is cozy but modern, perfect for both a casual dinner or a little sushi date night.

I just brought home three spicy chicken noodles soup for family from Iro Sushi Croydon and WE ARE LOVING IT!!!!!!!! The food was freshly made, quantity was perfect, very reasonable price, tasted wonderful and it is best I have ever had. They packed it so neat so I can pour in it when we start eating at home. The kind girl at the reception was so sweet, always had a smile, answered my question humbly and was keeping me informed as the food was being prepared even as it was done quickly. She was carrying trays inside but when she saw the kitchen got the food out, she kept that trays dow and instead packed the food for me first immediately. That is REAL SERVICE!!!!!!
