I was going to give it a 5 star until I got home and found in the bag it was missing 2 things. I am physically disabled so I asked a male employee for help. It looked as though he had helped me but like I said in the bag when I got home found 2 things missing. Not good experience next time I go to Guy's hospital for an appointment will not be going there as I have been going regularly to Guy's hospital for medical appointments since 2019 had passed this place and thought I would treat myself to some sushi as I can't make it myself anymore due to pain. great place to grab a meal at lunchtime - I work nearby and go most days I'm in the office. I rarely have to queue for the self-checkout, there's always a place to sit and the staff are great, especially Gabby. the sushi is good - I'm originally from Australia and being so close to Asia we're used to getting the best quality Asian produce (that doesn't just mean Indian folks) and this chain is as close as I can find for delicious, authentic, Japanese quick takeaway. I'm on the loyalty programme and was delighted when my freebie wasn't just the miso soup but was automatically the main sushi meal. I now save these up for when I'm broke just before payday :) would love it even more if they brought in a brown...

Food was nice- can’t fault it at all. Have given a 3 star rating only because my daughter was accused of stealing her meal by the bald guy working there. She showed him her receipt straight away and he didn’t even apologise yet made a scene in front of other People there! I understand mistakes can happen but he dealt with it in the wrong manner.
