I spent about 90 min researching hotels and I am SO glad I made the choice to stay here on a recent vacation. Location I've not stayed south of the Thames before, but I loved this location. London Bridge station is 2-3 blocks away. Tesco is a block away, Boots the same and behind the hotel is an awesome spot that leads right to the Thames. We took an Uber Boat to Greenwich one day from the pier. Just a lovely spot to walk on the water with gorgeous views of London. Having Tower Bridge so close was a real treat. There are a ton of restaurants right across the street in all directions. You can see the Shard from the lounge. About a 10 min walk to London Bridge as well. Service Everyone we encountered was so lovely and kind. Maria in the Executive Lounge deserves such kuddos. She was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't interact with the front desk too often but had great conversations when we did. Housekeeping was kind and brought us a few items as we don't use daily service. Breakfast staff was also lovely and very helpful. Amenities This Executive Lounge was probably the best one that I've been to in years. They have full breakfast in the morning, snacks from 2:00 to 4:00 that could easily fill you up, and then from 6:00 to 8:00 they have this amazing spread of food, beer and booze. I ended up eating dinner in the lounge at least three nights of our stay. It was so comfortable, cozy and a great perk. We did notice that the full service breakfast downstairs was a little bit more robust. Mostly just because of space. There are sodas available all day. Still and sparking water provided in large bottles, not to be taken out of the lounge. Coffee and tea all day too. Great views as well. We did not use the fitness center but looked nice. Elevators were plentiful and fast. Rooms We were upgraded to a King executive room and it was so incredibly spacious. There were some nights we were just exhausted and stayed in watching game shows. Bed was very comfortable. I do wish they had a normal flat sheet as opposed to just the duvet, but I could have asked and didn't. Two chairs, a desk and a massive bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The water pressure was amazing. This room would be absolutely worth upgrading to. We were on the high odd numbers and faced an office building, was incredibly quiet. Had a small fridge for drinks, which was appreciated. Overall, I would stay here again with zero hesitation. It's a fantastic location, large rooms, wonderful staff and top notch Executive Lounge.

We had an overnight stay in an Executive King Room (worth £300+ per night), and we were thoroughly disappointed. Starting with the check-in experience: the receptionist was immediately unprofessional and inappropriate. We had redeemed a voucher with a different Hilton representative who told us that everything was all set, and all we had to do was show our booking confirmation document upon arrival. When we got there and after confirming my name and ID, the receptionist refused to even look at the booking confirmation document, and demanded that we send her the voucher we had used to her via email (which we did several times over the course of several hours because she couldn’t receive it). I tried to show her the QR code and the voucher number, to which she refused and insisted that she needed it emailed to her. Why have a QR code and a unique voucher number if it’s useless in this kind of situation? Why do you need to confirm that I’ve paid for the room if the booking is already confirmed? Despite allegedly not receiving the email with our voucher—which had already been sent to a Hilton representative in order to confirm our booking days prior—she still gave us the keys to our room and later called us to tell us that she hadn’t received the email with our voucher. If the email was so essential, then why did she give us the keys to our room before even looking at the voucher? Either the voucher wasn’t necessary, OR the voucher was essential and she gave two random people the keys to a room in their hotel. Either way, this shows a total lack of professionalism. Onto the room itself: There was an overall lack of cleanliness, and it was small for an “executive” king room. I’ve attached pictures of the stained bed sheets, the greasy fingerprints on the closet and the chipped, worn out table (among other dirty things).

An outstanding stay at Hilton Tower Bridge. - Lobby: Checkin was easy & the staff were friendly & welcoming. - Guest room: A large room (for a central city hotel) that including a sizable working area. It had a mini bar, but refrigerator for personal items had to be separately requested. The bed was comfortable & the room was clean and quiet. - Executive Lounge: An outstanding lounge for those with an executive floor room or Diamond status. Light snacks in the afternoon, followed by happy hour hor dourves & drinks (beer, wine & spirits) from 6-8. The food & drink spread was very nice — photos attached. - Breakfast: Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Eggs, sausage, bacon, fresh pastries (ones you’d actually want to buy from a bakery), fruit, etc. While the spread was not out of the ordinary, it was above average quality. - Lobby Bar (coffee/alcohol): Always busy with people…lively atmosphere. - Location: 3 minute walk to the Underground metro, and 5 minutes to tower bridge & to Borough market. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. While not very central to many of the tourist sites that are on the East side of the city, a nice area for work or for tourists none the less.

We stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge for 4 nights on our recent trip to London for holiday. The hotel is in a great location, just down the road from the London Bridge rail and Underground stations, so getting around town was very easy. There are several grocery stores, pubs, restaurants and attractions within walking distance as well, so it’s very convenient to get what you need. Never having been here, we didn’t know what to expect. The lady at the front desk, Dina, was truly wonderful in how she treated us. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, and it worked. For various reasons, we had to come back and ask her questions multiple times on our first day, and for each one she handled our needs and got us on our way quickly. The room was very nice, with a comfortable king sized bed and enough room to store our luggage and clothing. The bathroom was good sized as well, with a bathtub/shower combination. The water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom layout was very functional. The room had a mini fridge which was very convenient for us having drinks, etc in the room. There were the standard European plugs, but we had converters so that was fine. If you use a converter, make sure the device you’re plugging in can accept 240v current, otherwise you’ll damage your device (I learned this the hard way a few years back). There was also one US style plug outlet near the table/desk in the room and that was nice because we had a set of hair rollers that couldn’t accept 240v and we were able to use them. As Diamond Elite members, we had access to the 9th floor outdoor terrace and the executive lounge. The terrace had beautiful views of the Shard and other parts of the London skyline. The lounge was well appointed, with happy hour being from 6-8pm each night. There was a selection of wine, spirits and beer available during this time and it was a nice way to relax before heading out for the evening. An unexpected surprise was that there was an ice machine on our floor, near the elevators. This was great and very convenient for us (as Americans we use a lot of ice lol). The breakfast buffet was very good as well, with a good selection of hot items, breads, pastries, cold cuts and the like for a great breakfast each morning. All in all, we immensely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. All staff we interacted with were very pleasant to speak to and everything we needed got addressed. This hotel is very well run and they truly care about their guests, we can’t wait to come back to London and...

My husband and I recently spent a little over a week in London visiting our two daughters for one of their graduations. While there we stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. The location of the hotel is ideally located, and within walking distance of many landmarks and with easy access to London’s incredible transportation system. The hotel is vibrant, beautifully appointed, with clean rooms and too many amenities to list. That said, travelling from the U.S., we have come to expect this of any Hilton property, and we were not disappointed. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and well-stocked. For this trip we had access to the Executive Lounge, and this experience was what truly stood out and drove me to this review. On our first visit to the lounge, we met Hati, who approached us with the kind of warm welcome one would expect from family. On this day, we also met Olha, who we saw often on our visits to the lounge. Olha was introduced to us as a trainee, a detail that any traveler would be surprised to hear, as her kind professionalism was that of a seasoned professional. In the mornings at the Lounge for breakfast, we often saw Maria. Maria remembered our names from the start. My husband and I both noticed this but were also surprised at how she was able to keep up with our tastes. Maria taught me how to use their wonderful Cappuccino machine, and now I want one. Her attentiveness throughout our stay was extraordinary. Last, but certainly not least was Viktoria. Viktoria was a joy to talk to. Her positive nature and incredible attentiveness in meeting our needs was remarkable. She checked in with us at just the right times to ensure we had everything we needed but never intrusive. We truly felt at home when she was there. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it not only for its great facilities, but also for its...
