I recently had the pleasure of dining at a fabulous restaurant that not only exceeded my expectations in terms of its delicious food, but also demonstrated exceptional customer service. What impressed me the most, however, was their dedication to keeping the kitchen open despite the approaching closing time. Upon arriving at the restaurant, my friends and I were warmly greeted by the hostess, who promptly seated us. As we were in for a late dinner, we anticipated limited menu options or rushed service due to the closing time. But to our surprise and delight, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the late hour, the waitstaff demonstrated great attention to detail. They patiently walked us through the menu, recommending their most popular dishes and providing helpful descriptions for each one. Not only did this showcase their knowledge and passion for their offerings, but it also conveyed a genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction. The food that followed was absolutely outstanding, from the appetizers to the mains. Each dish was packed with flavor, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. It was clear that the chefs took pride in their creations, as the dishes were bursting with creativity and attention to detail. What truly sets this restaurant apart, however, was their commitment to their customers. Despite being nearly closing time, the kitchen stayed open, which pleasantly surprised us. We never felt rushed or insignificant, and the staff made us feel welcome and appreciated throughout our entire visit. The waitstaff remained polite and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed, and they even took the time to engage in friendly conversation, further enhancing our dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. They not only serve exceptional food but also exemplify outstanding customer service. Their decision to keep the kitchen open even though it was nearly closing time is a testament to their dedication to their customers' satisfaction. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience with delectable food and exceptional service, this restaurant is a must-visit.

This Korean restaurant has become our go-to haven in London, a place where every visit feels like a comforting embrace. The moment I step inside, I’m greeted by the lovely Unnis, inviting atmosphere and the mouthwatering aromas of authentic Korean cuisine. Their Korean BBQ is simply unbeatable – the meat is always tender and unmatched. I love the experience of grilling it right at the table, surrounded by the vibrant sizzle and the irresistible scent that fills the air. Their kimchi jjigae, is my ultimate comfort food. Its rich, spicy broth is packed with flavor is definitely my favorite! But what really makes this place special is the way they make you feel – like you’re part of their family. The staff are always so welcoming, and their genuine care shines through in every detail. Whether I’m there with friends for a lively BBQ or enjoying a quiet meal with a steaming bowl of kimchi jjigae, I always leave with a full heart and tummy, always eager for my next visit. This restaurant isn’t just my favorite Korean spot in London – it’s a place that feels like home. 🤍

The food is nice and the staff are nice, for example out of all the Korean restaurants on the high street in New Malden I think this one has the best kimchi fried rice - most of the restaurants are either dry or flavourless or too sour, but the one here is moist and tastes great. I'm giving it three stars and not 4 or 5 because the dishes are expensive, yet some of the serving sizes are too small for their asking prices, and they also skimp on the Ingredients, for example the kimchi stew (kimchi jiggae) is tiny and they skimp on the pork, yet still charge 12 or 15 pounds for it. So basically, although taste is good, a lot of the dishes are poor value for money. The bbq is OK value wise and is in line with most other restaurants and the meat is fresh. It's better to tell the staff you will cook it yourself than to let them do it for you as when it gets busy they don't have time to turn it for you and it can get overcooked / burnt.
