DO NOT VISIT THIS KFC CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST.............THE FOOD IS NOT THAT NICE EITHER I ONLY GIVE ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO CLICK SOMETHING ACTUALLY, WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO CLICK MINUS A MILLION STARS.......very unhappy.
I am disgusted by the treatment I received just now This was my first AND last visit I ordered my food as anyone would........the order was NOT repeated back to me so I had to read the order from the screen to correct ALL of the mistakes that was made. I made it quite clear that I was stepping outside to finish my cigarette and send a message. While doing this I almost got knocked over by some random guy..........when I returned to the counter it became clear that he, and half of the queue was 'delivery' drivers who, with respect have no manners or corporate wear for me to easily identify who is a legitimate delivery man or someone who is taking liberties and 'jumping the queue' This is not a complaint about Deliveroo or any type of of delivery driver, I know you guys are really working hard
BUT KFC, the staff that DO work there....that wear KFC corporate wear and at the end of the day are trading using YOUR name/brand really need some proper training.
I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT WITH MY ORDER COLLECTION NUMBER MY ORDER SAT BY THE TILL THE ORDER PROGRESS SCREENS DIDN'T EVEN SHOW MY COLLECTION NUMBER
When I started to explain the situation to a KFC employee I was greeted with 'WELL THATS NOT MY FAULT OR HER FAULT' The blase attitude you combined with 'you should check your receipt/order number!'
HOW DO I EVEN KNOW MY ORDER NUMBER IF I HAVEN'T EVEN BEEN GIVEN IT IN THE FIRST PLACE
WHAT would happen if I ordered the food and started eating it but my bank card was declined..............WOULD I be able to say oh, its not MY fault
no. I have got home........my 7up drink has been left behind because I had to leave quickly because I was REALLY annoyed by my experience.
Plus, i have had 2 hot wings when I asked for 3. food is mediocre and because of delay I have not enjoyed the 'tepid' food I've been given
WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN.

For walk ins - store is clearly more oriented towards delivery apps, you will be ignored when you go to order and eventually resign to using the most filthy touch screen you've seen. Only to then have to wait 20 mins for a solo meal while online orders are fulfilled instead. At times there are queues of several people waiting instore for their food as the delivery drivers push to the front and are given priority - more than once customers have become verbally agitated by the lack of care given to in person orders.
Last time I tried something different and ordered for collection via the KFC app and was still disappointed. On arrival my order number wasn't ready (despite "checking in" as I walked there) and I had to wait 10 mins for a popcorn meal.
If you order delivery don't order from here, order from another store as the food will be better quality and you actually get the items you order - multiple times I've had to get delivery apps to refund due to missing items with the most egregious being when I was missing half a...

She didnāt missed anything she was talking and passing orders to at least 5 people while looking after the front counter machineās equipment tills and everything on top of that she always made sure every order is exactly how the customers wanted before she handed them to the customers to enjoy.
