I won't lie - when the food was placed in front of me, I was disappointed. I eat brunch out often and have never had a deconstructed smashed avo, poached eggs and bread served to me. But I tell you what - I really liked it. A) the simplicity of the meal allowed me to savour and enjoy each of the components B) I didn't end up with soggy bread and C) as much as I love butter slathered on my toast, the complete absence of the butter meant the meal was healthier and I got to appreciate the goodness the avocado brought. I'm coming back for more. ================================ Update: I came back a week later. On reflection - the slices of sourdough are incredibly thin, this time even more so, and the serving of avocado is pretty stingy. I know times are tough and the cost of ingredients is high but a few more millimetres on the bread thickness and 15 grams more of avo wouldn't go amiss. Funnily enough, this time the toast was buttered and I definitely preferred it unbuttered.

We popped in here this morning after a long night/day of travelling while we waited for the key to our airbnb. Everyone on the staff was delightful and friendly. There was a bit of a morning rush and I could see that this was a daily stop for many of the patrons. The menu looked quite interesting with a variety of breakfasts, baked goods, and warm beverages. I had a cappuccino which was delicious as well as aesthetically pleasing. Speaking of aesthetically pleasing, the decor was cute and rustic and gave the place a warm and homey atmosphere. I'm only here for a well, but I hope to stop by again to try Somme of the breakfast items.

A quick shout out to the peeps at Belle Amie. I was a fan before but, really appreciate your efforts to diversify and keep households stocked on essentials during lockdown, THANK YOU! You've kept me stocked with flour and fresh veg over the last few weeks. Not forgetting the odd coffee of course. I have just tucked into some Strawberries purchased earlier today and they were beautiful. Smelt like Strawberries, sweet, juicy and fresh unlike, the plain squishy debris you get at supermarkets. A big physical distancing hug, keep up the great work.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Belle Amie, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The menu offers a delightful variety of breakfast options, from classic dishes to creative twists that are sure to please any palate.

I tried the ”But Belle Breakfast”, and it was simply outstanding – fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The coffee was top-notch too, a perfect complement to the meal. You can tell the owner and team truly care about quality and customer satisfaction!

A special mention to Aysun 🙏 who made sure we left happy and satisfied. She’s an incredibly hard worker who pours her heart into this place you can tell and it really shows in the service and overall experience

Whether you’re looking for a quick bite or a leisurely morning meal, Belle Amie is the perfect spot. I highly recommend giving it a try – you won’t be...

One of the worst cafe experiences I’ve had in a long time, sub par customer service and unappetising drinks with very high prices. Sat down and we’re ignored for 25 minutes despite it not being busy,a dead bug in my milk which wasn’t a problem however the milk then curdled my tea. When I asked the staff for a new tea and milk,I was told that the milk was fine and I was incorrect for flagging an issue. My tea was taken and the milk replaced which means I ended up paying £3.40 for what was left in the teapot and was not given more water for the teapot. Me and my friend left without ordering food due to the lack of service and how poorly the situation was handled. Will 100% not be returning and I regret recommending it to my friend who is new to the area. Staff seemed uninterested in all patrons, extremely patronising and unfriendly which I informed them...
