Forest Hill - Horrendous branch, avoid at all costs, don't waste your money and time!! Ordered a family bucket. Asked for certain chicken peices, they said no, after some compromise we agreed on which peices to include, only for them to completely disregard the whole conversion and do whatever they wanted, while telling me to my face as they hand it over that they were able to give me the peices I wanted. Compete lie I realised once I opened the bucket at home. Plus the wings were the smallest I had ever seen in a bucket The flavour is not the KFC flavour we all know and love. Instead, it tastes like they sourced their spices from their local family supermarket, cutting costs wherever they feel like it. I think I need to let KFC Headoffice know their secret spice ingredients are still a secret to this branch!! They most definitely prioritise delivery drivers over walk in customers. Even with no one in front of me, I still waited 15 min for someone to walk over to the counter to take my order. They were so busy sorting out their delivery orders. Please don't go here thinking you're a priority when you walk in, you're not. Their delivery orders are their bread and butter, walk-in's can just wait till whenever they feel like it.    Read moreI went to this place the first time a few months ago. Was shocked to know there was a KFC in Forest Hill. I ordered a Zinger Burger meal and they gave me a drink where the lid could not fit. I said to them you got to be kidding me? They said they had no more lids for large drinks only for small drinks. They could have given me a heads up as I wouldn't have bothered ordering from there. Absolutely ridiculous! I had to walk home worried that the drink would fall all over me I mean what stupid people. They also did not have any ice. Their machine had issues hence I went to the front desk but as I was charged from the machine they would not give me a refund and included beans in my order which I did not order on the machine. When you ordered at the cash register there was a sign that said only cash. I told the lady to give me a refund on the beans she was trying to get me to swap it for something else instead. I told her I don't want to over eat. I literally had to fight to get a refund. It put me off coming here for months I went back there to try again and ordered a meal then the machine would not print out a receipt which was annoying.
