Ordered a 10pc family bucket, 4pc were legs nearly 50% of the bucket. Asked the lady manager to replace 2 of the leg pieces with something else, she refused and argued with me. I told her I am not getting involved into a argument front of other customers and your team, she stormed to the back changed the pieces and came back and told me she has done it this time but will not do it next time. I told her I wont be back here next time, she smirked and said ok. Poor msg sent out to her team, should of stayed calm and fulfilled my simple request when I am paying good money and travelling 15-20 mins to get here. Usually my little niece comes with me, this time she did not I would not want her to have seen this argumentized person. Read moreI am not the type of person to leave negative reviews however, this KFC made me feel on guard with my previous visits. And now I would highly suggest others to go to another KFC in a different location. First of all, every one of their machines were inaccessible as they would not process any order. Then when I tapped my contactless it doesn't go through! They proceeded to tell me to use the self-order machine and me and a couple of other customers were trying to raise their awareness that it was not functioning but they ignored us insisting we use it. Now I was thinking my card not going through was a fault on my end but they suddenly say I can't try it again because they would lose money? One of the employees at the counter started muttering: "negative" over and over. It was hard to understand how to go about the situation because the employees were speaking only in their language. Never have I ever heard of the employees losing money if the customer tries their card again! I had a genuinely unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Upon entering, I was holding my helmet—as any biker would—and was immediately approached by the manager (South Asian woman) in a very rude and dismissive manner. Without any greeting or courtesy, she simply said, “No!” I was shocked and confused, unsure what I had done wrong. It became clear that she had assumed I was a delivery rider and treated me accordingly, which was both insulting and discriminatory.
To make matters worse, when I received my meal, I found a small hair in the food. I politely reported this to the same manager, hoping for a sincere apology or some level of customer care. Instead, I was met with a defensive attitude—no apology, just a condescending response about their kitchen practices. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic respect.
