KFC Hounslow - Cavendish Parade — Restaurant in London

I wouldnt advice you eat from here. I went in around 7pm one day hoping to buy an easy meal that i could be satisfied with. And so i bought i think it was the box zinga meal. The lady that was serving me seemed like she was a little edgy. And so when i got my meal i sort of shouted out saying "there is no ice in this pepsi" and she was like give it to me and then she wanted to put ice but it seemed that all the ice that was supposed to be served was done with and so she had to go get more ice from the back and i think that agitated her even more. So she took my pepsi drink and stormed off to the back and brought it back a minute later with ice. Pepsi. I drove well far away to north london and then was slowly eating my meal and drinking my pepsi. As i was getting to the last sips of my Pepsi i saw a bunch of hair inside my cup and i felt so ill. My friends all advised me to go back and complain but i let it go. I just hope the same doesnt happen to anyone else. But ive promised not to have kfc from that specific brunch ever again after that treatment. I just think its not fair for her to take her personal anger...

The worst experience of my life - the staff are racist I was placing my order and the staff member kept asking her team if they can give me what I want , I never had issues before but tonight they were all being difficult with me ! They only had one till Open and behind me was 5 people So I was half way through my order and the manager DAISY comes and tells me to leave and think about my order and come back ! How rude , unprofessional disgusting behaviour ! She didn’t even see what was going on without knowing that I was in process of payment she asked me to leave so she can serve the people behind I had to shout at her so she can understand that she is being unfair to me I hope Daisy loses her job ! I will be taking further action against her ! Never go to this branch if Daisy serves you Boycott Hounslow...

I wouldn’t recommend this KFC location unless you’re prepared for frustration. Nearly every time I’ve gone, they’ve forgotten something in my order. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home and realize you’re missing items you’ve already paid for. This happens so often that it feels like they don’t even bother double-checking orders. If you do decide to eat here, always double-check your entire order before leaving—trust me, it’s not worth the hassle of going back.

On top of that, it takes about 20 minutes for them to make the food, which completely defeats the purpose of fast food. And even after the wait, the food isn’t always fresh—sometimes it’s stale or just doesn’t taste right.
