Pizza Hut Hounslow West — Restaurant in London

I placed an order at 8:15pm was told 45 mins, after 1 hour I called to find out where my pizza was, was kept on hold and then told driver is on his way, sorry for the delay, I waited another 15 mins before calling back to speak with a manager, who took another 15 mins to tell me that the driver made a mistake with the delivery and doesn’t know what he’s done with the order, at this point I was angry, he then told me I have to wait another 25 mins for the pizza, so I said I would like a refund, so the manager just put the phone down, I called back and he said “if you want a refund go online and request a refund “ at this point it was like 10pm, I said I can’t be bothered just send me my order, I complained to the head office and I get a reply saying branch has declined a refund as you gave the wrong door number, what an absolute lie, the manager admitted his mistake on the phone and offered a free pizza the next time, also if my door number was wrong why did you not call me or tell me at 9pm, they did not even ask for my door number the second time,...

Had an awful experience today. The food was burnt and customer service was worse. I collected two pizzas on the way home from work. At home when we opened the boxes, one was burnt. I phoned the restaurant and explained that one of the pizzas was burnt. I asked for a replacement pizza but was told that they could not deliver as we were outside the delivery radius. I asked them to make another pizza and asked my daughter to pick it up. She then had to wait for 45 minutes from my phone call for the pizza to be ready.

I phoned the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. I spoke to Shazeb and explained the whole situation. He did not even apologise for the whole episode. Eventually the pizza was collected but our evening was ruined.

My advice for the owner of this branch is to look at the whole staffing situation. Firstly, the standard of food is poor and customer service is non existent.

Upon checking other reviews, I am not the least surprised at the number of negative comments.

I've been waiting for over an hour. The man on the phone first hung up after I said the words "I made an order online", so I called back and he sighed, mumbled the entire time so I could barely understand him, and still simply told me that the delivery driver left 'just now', unable to provide a time-frame.

As I'm writing this, the man arrives, the pizza is JUST warm (the sides are ROOM TEMPERATURE), and to top it off the delivery driver SLAMS my gate so all of my neighbours can hear, to the point where I have to tell him off.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PIZZA HUT.

They are rude, have absolutely ridiculous delivery times (I could have walked to collect the pizza in the time it took for the driver to come to my address), they will refuse to answer the phone if they know you're having a genuine issue with their service and to top it off, you will get delivery drivers who have absolutely zero respect for your property.

I will NEVER be buying from this Pizza Hut again, and I advise others to...
