Creams Cafe Wood Green — Restaurant in London

What an absolute shambles. I have been to other Creams cafes which have been lovely, but wow this place is a joke. Go in and sit and down and no one even acknowledges you. So we help ourselves to menus and place an order at the desk. Mukhtar was serving us and didn't seem to understand a single thing I was ordering but hey we get there in the end...or so we think. So we take a seat and we wait and wait and wait while others come and go with their orders .... bearing in mind we only ordered 2 milkshakes, 1 cookie dough and 2 scoops of ice cream. We finally ask Mukhtar why is our order taking so long and why are others receiving their order before us, so he says it won't be long. Finally our order arrives in a tale away bag and looking like a complete mess!! Hmmm we didn't ask for take away. Well Mukhtar clearly states I did although no one else in our group who was there when I ordered heard him even ask at any point. He had a very rude attitude and was clearly a liar...mforbthat reason we took our refund and left... complete and utter joke ...better taking your money elsewhere, maybe even McDonald's because the service was a joke as was what they attempted...

Honestly.... the most incompetent staff you'll ever come across in your life. I've ordered from here twice now on UberEats (4 drinks) in total and both times the complete order was wrong. I asked for no popping bubbles and they go fill up half the cup with them ruining the drink. Such a shame because when I spoke to UberEats customer service they acknowledged the mistakes and refunded me but It's the restaurant thats losing out on the money from these complaints, when they could just employ people who actually do a decent job. It's a joke though, not ordering from here again and I advise anybody to avoid ordering through ubereats or deliveroo (ESPECIALLY the bubble tea, unless u want to pay £10 for poor service and a bad drink). Management here seriously need to fix up staff attitude and mistakes otherwise everyone will go elsewhere, its not like wood green is...

I'm always a big fan of Creams Cafe especially their ice cream and cookies however yesterday I went for their wood green branch with our family and babies but it disappointed me and my family. The ice Cream was creamy but The salted toffee was so hard I felt like I was biting the rocks. Service was very poor and the service person should be more attentive. We called the services person they don't have a runup as we run the desk and get the stuff what we need. How Ever The toilet Area is full of ants and around the corner a looked so disgusting. I didn't put these pictures because of your company's reputation However on shift people have to look over to. Because customers are a priority and the clear & clear is the most important and safety for all of us. Hopefully, the management team have to look into and improve their things...
