Not a person to rant or rave however there’s a first for everything...
Went in asked for a “allstars meal” I politely asked to replace the fries for a drink which is something that I’ve always asked for and had never been a problem...
Once requested the cashier nervously asked her manager who was facing the other way to me, to my surprise she said “no” which I responded - “this is a request I’ve done for years - even when I once worked in this establishment”
She continued to refuse - which then I replied with “fine, I’ll buy a drink on top - but I don’t want the chips”
Shocked with the lack of movement from her manager the cashier apologized and gave me my food.
Again I am not one to rant but the lack of humanism is bewildering... for an ex employee to be first of all treated like a complete outsider startles me and my request is not absorbed it’s simply swapping fries for a drink with the same cost.

Read moreFood ok, service slow regardless of the fact there were no less than 6 people behind the counter and it wasn't busy. Also don't bother going in there if you are a woman, child or disabled person hoping to take a quick trip to the loo, it will most likely be locked (not the men's though) after standing around for nearly 5 mins waiting for any member of staff to acknowledge me standing there I ask them to open the door and I comment how wrong it is to have people waiting to unlock the door. Once I have finished, within 2 mins they were quick enough to lock the door again, and again I have to wait for them to unlock the door so my 5 year old who has an extremely weak bladder can use the facilities. I will be taking this as far as I can as I feel it is totally discriminates towards women, children and disabled people. I didn't think this kind of discrimination would be happening in this day and age. I am so...
Read moreMy auticsic nephew had a terrible experience here today. He simply walked to the counter and attempted to order a meal when a lady who worked there told him to use the kiosk. My nephew told her that unfortunately he couldnt read because he has learning difficulties (very embarrassing for him), she then abruptly shouted at him " come with me and I'll show you how to use it" to which he replied "I cant read". She then called him an idiot which was very unprofessional and hurtful towards a 14 year old boy in front of a packed store.
I went to the store and asked the manager for the ladies name so I could lodge a formal complaint with kfc and he flat out refused and just walked away. I asked him for his name also and he again refused. Is this the type of staff that you have working for you ? I will contacting the appropriate parties and taking this further with legal action.
