KFC — Restaurant in London

Update - it is now official. KFC habe gone nuts. After 11pm everything goes up by £1. And now the app is all different prices than the shops. So I can't play the bonus game anymore because it only allows you a game when you order on the app and not when you purchase in the shop and scan the code. These are all very weird moves and I sense that they are in trouble!

Kfc is still kfc I am glad to report. Delicious and finger licking good. The only issue since last year and seems to be getting worse is that in comparison to all the other fast food restaurants and take aways, kfc has become too expensive. They put their prices up before anyone did, at a time when wholesale prices had not been affected so much, so I assume they made a killing for a few months. At the same time the chicken in those burgers has got smaller, and the price continues to go up. 1 burger and chips £10 is just pure greed I'm sorry to have to say. So I only buy kfc now when there is a good offer and I suggest you get the app and do the same thing. Let me ask you this one question. How much is a big mac and chips? Yes it's gone up a little buy it has not doubled. So why has it doubled at kfc? A buger and chips was 5.99. Don't normalise greed. Only buy special offers. The more you do this, the more special offers...

Manager was so rude, staff don’t know how to treat customers, I went there, I paid for something in the machine, the machine didn’t give me a receipt or a number, however the money went off my account. I spoke to staff as soon as it happened and I told them everything I ordered, they said they will get my food. I waited 20 minutes, the manager came and said he wasn’t going to give me my food, because money was on pending (as it always is when you buy something in a fast food) they told me to come back tomorrow when the payment drops. I told you he wasn’t going to give me my order tomorrow and if he was for him to pay for my travel, he said no, and he came and started speaking to my face and trying to intimidate me. After 1 hour of fighting, they gave me my good but shouting and being rude, I’ve never been so much mistreated in my life, absolutely horrible customer service, worst manager. I told him to check the camera to see me making the payment and he declined to check them. I’m never going back here and KFC ballards lane needs...

This KFC is the friendliest i have ever been too, the staff on the night of the 22nd Of November 2022 i have to give the biggest praise too, we are from wales so not familiar with london, my phone was dead so we had no way of getting back to our hotel after a concert, we approached the kfc and asked them if they could help, they then proceeded to give us the biggest support telling us to stay as long as we needed , we had a lovely conversation about where we’re from , they provided us with a charger to charge our phone , which then led to the very kind manager ordering us an uber and giving us some food for our trip, They saved us that night, to the workers on that night thank you so much 🫶🏻i wish i could return the favour, if you see this , we appreciate you more than anything , we’d love to return the...
