Let me start by saying this: It is good tasting Koshary overall. However; if you expect the same taste you get in Cairo (the original restaurant), you will be disappointed. It is a very different taste. Not bad, but different. I ordered the XL which was honestly too much, should have gone for the large only. But I was super hungry and haven’t had Koshary in years, was so excited for it!! I would rate the taste 8.5/10. Service took little long for such a fast food meal. Everything is already cooked, they just spoon it out in a plate, which should take less than a minute, or at least that’s how it is in Egypt. Here, they took their sweet time to make my plate, and they weren’t busy or there was a line or something. It is very pricey though. I mean charging £15 for that plate (equivalent to about $18-19) is ridiculously overpriced for a simple vegan meal (pasta, rice, lentils and tomato sauce!!). I would still come again, it is difficult to find a good tasting Koshary anywhere...

Read moreTo be honest , it’s just waste of money to pay for 3 large Koshari £36 so it’s £12 each and it has not enough crispy onions , you need to pay extra if you need onion , this restaurant either they should put the price down or give the extras for free otherwise soon they will close down ! I myself will not come again or recommend the place ! Because it is very expensive , I see the reasonable price for large dish is £7.50 but not £12 and the extra large should be £9 not £14 And no need for the other medium or smaller sizes that they put in the menu to confuse the customers . Put the price down guys it’s Koshari not lamb shawerma ! Do not charge for extra crispy onion don’t be stingy . I am sure non of the customers came here will return...
