Amazing service by Ellen at bexleyheath store! We stopped by for a donut and their system had been down so we couldn't use our apps! Ellen was super helpful and friendly, she suggested she can print a receipt from the till to add the smiles back on later. She apologised their systems was down , so we came back to collect the receipts with the codes highlighted clearly by Ellen who explained the process if we needed it. She definitely goes above and beyond, rather than just say the system is down so can't get print you a receipt....

Absolutely disgusting that a member of staff thinks that it is acceptable to shout, swear, and threaten physical violence against my teenage daughter and her friends over a personal matter that does not involve her what so ever!
