I would like to report a repeated issue with a staff member at your store. I believe her name is Paloma, a brunette lady who usually takes orders at the front. Her attitude has been consistently rude and unprofessional. During my recent visit, I witnessed her treating a customer ahead of me very poorly. The customer clearly had difficulty understanding English, and rather than trying to help or explain things more clearly, she kept repeating the same question (āfor here or to go?ā) in a cold and dismissive tone. It was clear the customer felt confused and embarrassed by the interaction. When it was my turn, I experienced similar behavior. She made it seem like I was ignorant for not knowing the full drink names or ordering process at Starbucks. Her facial expressions were dismissive and condescending, as if she were annoyed that customers donāt know everything about your menu. We are customers, not baristas, and we rely on your staff to guide us politely if we need help. Making people feel uncomfortable or stupid is unacceptable, and unfortunately, this is not the first time Iāve had a negative experience with this employee. I sincerely hope that management takes this feedback seriously and addresses it appropriately. The front counter sets the tone for the entire experience, and this kind of treatment reflects poorly...

I ordered two items ( frappacino and ham and cheese croissant) and it took over 40mins ( which I can sort of understand in the current weather conditions but still 40mins is a little long) and my order was completely wrong I order a Venti ( large) carmel frappacino with sugar free syrup and skimmed milk, paid £0.50 for extra cream ( additional to the cream that comes with it) and paid £0.50 for carmel drizzle which when you order it on their startbuck app or "in" store there is no charge for, the whole thing was wrong! Sugar syrup was used and not sugar free, full fat milk was used and not skimmed as requested, no carmel drizzle which I paid for was there, there was no cream, which is the standard ORDER AND the extra cream i paid for in addition wasn't even provided, and the best thing of all the ham and cheesecake croissant I order never turned up with my order. Sadly this isn't the first time I have received extremely poor quality products from this store, where items have not been received and orders have been wrong! There needs to be a better system in place were orders need to be followed to any instructions provided and checked before handed over to the uber...

I did a custom order on the app and if Iām paying for TWO caramel drizzle then the common sense is to line the inside of the cup with the drizzle. I told her and she said that caramel macchiatoās only have drizzle on the top but iāve gotten this drink before, including at this bexleyheath starbucks and itās always been lined with drizzle inside. Plus i overheard and saw her looking at the order and making comments such as āwhat is this orderā āoh my godā ⦠how unprofessional when the customers are literally on the other side of you. Starbucks i recommend you train your baristas on how to make their drinks properly. If you have so much customisations on the menu and on the app then the baristas should be able to do that 1) properly 2) without making comments. Customers are literally paying and what are they being paid for? This girl had terrible attitude and iām not happy.
