Was just brought home some cannolli from my mother and a friend. Cut into them to eat and there was a hair embedded inside the ricotta cream. Disgusting! Also I was told that there were pastries exposed close to and outside the toilet door. Finally, lemon was brought to the table to put inside the tea. Half a lemon was brought for a small cup. My friend asked for it to be taken away to cut into a smaller piece and instead of taking away on a serving plate with the lemon on it, she took the lemon from the plate with her bare hands to go and cut it. That's just not on.
Update to reply. I was not in the shop but my mother was. She told me everything that happened. The pastries were behind the vintage wooden table near the toilet. The lady DID take the lemon with her hands. She was dressed in black, dark hair tied up and had glasses. My mother was there with a male friend. I find it insulting that you are saying...
