Was just brought home some cannolli from my mother and a friend. Cut into them to eat and there was a hair embedded inside the ricotta cream. Disgusting! Also I was told that there were pastries exposed close to and outside the toilet door. Finally, lemon was brought to the table to put inside the tea. Half a lemon was brought for a small cup. My friend asked for it to be taken away to cut into a smaller piece and instead of taking away on a serving plate with the lemon on it, she took the lemon from the plate with her bare hands to go and cut it. That's just not on. Update to reply. I was not in the shop but my mother was. She told me everything that happened. The pastries were behind the vintage wooden table near the toilet. The lady DID take the lemon with her hands. She was dressed in black, dark hair tied up and had glasses. My mother was there with a male friend. I find it insulting that you are saying she is a liar.

Lovely cosy cafe full of spirit and with vibrant atmosphere in walking distance from South Wimbledon station. The coffee served is of great quality, and variety of sweets leaves big impression as you are not expecting this. Very clean and nice looking, friendly and helpful staff. Also you can order hand made cakes there for your special occasions.

This place sells underweight products. 354 grams of bresaola compared to 280 grams on my kitchen scales. 290 grams of pesto compared to 216 grams on my scales. Photos attached. I also weighted a 126 grams chocolate bar for comparison - the scales are not the most precise but the considerable shortchange is apparent.

Wrong food labelling. I bought jamón pata negra but is not jamón is paletilla and is not pata negra is cebo.

** Hi owner, the one I bought was the £ 110/kg, it was labelled like "jamón pata negra" Double check with your supplier or check yourself. Following the Spanish Department of Agriculture the label for pata negra must be black or red, for cebo must be white. Unfortunately, I couldn't see the original label but I am pretty sure was white. Anyway, as italian deli, the shop is amazing, specially the cannoli and...

I visited Labottega Del Pane yesterday with my mum and two year old daughter. I have to say that this is one of the nicest cafe's I have been to. The food is delicious with so much choice to either eat in or take out as it happens everything looked so yummy, I ended up eating in and taking away some anti-pasti dishes too! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and my daughter loved them, especially as they gave her some little treats :) I would definitely recommend and will most definitely return if Im in...
