La-Villa Pizzeria — Restaurant in London

We ordered food to eat in @5:45 and current time is 18:21 and we are still waiting for our food. kids were hungry and when i asked how long, guy at counter small beard didn’t even know about order .. instead him and the lady in scarf were too busy flirting. kids nuggets and chips doesn’t take nearly 40 minutes to be prepared. guy and lady should focus more on customer service instead of flirting at front desk. our main took 50 mins and still we were waiting .. SERVICE AND FOOD wise i WONT RECOMMEND as this Place should be more LA VILLA LOVER FLIRTING INSTEAD OF SERVING CUSTOMERS.

2nd visit but after such a bad customer service we will be never ever be coming again. overall focus more on customer service lady then Flirting at front desk .

and the guy was charging us £45 instead of £39.50 and then when we give feedback about their service he start arguing.. what a RUBBISH PLACE TO WASTE MY MONEY.. SHAME ON UR SERVICE

Food is absolutely fantastic and the most consistent I’ve ever eaten. However, the opening times and days are pretty-much when they pick and choose. Says closed on Monday and Tuesday but closed far more than that during the week days. It’s a shame when you look forward to it and they’re open on google and try to call, think okay no problem maybe they’re busy? Only to drive by and see it’s closed. The two gentlemen who worked there and opened the shop about 15 years ago were 100% consistent. Can’t fault the politeness, just it being closed is the issue…. If you are, please update the...

It USE to be great but It must be new owners as they wanted the price for 2 pizzas for a half and half and they had the audacity to be sarcastic about it. We called twice from two separate numbers and after alot of muttering amongst each other, they came up with two completely different prices... DO NOT USE....
