Got the falafel and hummus wrap on the spinach. All the elements can be easily messed up, but we’re done perfectly. Very nice salad (air-fried/dried kale and Moroccan olives were especially nice) and the mango smoothie was great. Guy even asked me about allergens before adding the nuts (yay!) and milk (no!) rather than assuming like most other folks would. One of those brief human experiences that really turned my day around.
