Unbelievable experience. I went to S.Spa today with a Groupon voucher. The therapist said the code was invalid. She said she needed the bar code (the photo I took wasn't enough). I have never experienced anyone like this before in my life. I had to read the voucher code out very slowly to the therapist (Winto) and then it went through. By then it was 1.26pm, my appointment was supposed to be at 1pm.

The reception to S.Spa is in the pharmacy. Unfortunately there is no internet access in the store you have to walk towards the door. Winto knows nothing about discretion. She shouted out that my code was invalid. I knew otherwise. She stated that everyone else's code appeared in a different way. Really......... Her unspoken words spoke volumes.

Customer service clearly don't exist here. The therapist totally frustrated herself and frustrated me too. She didn't copy the code correctly and wanted to take it out on me. She redeemed my voucher and refused to write something to say that I didn't get my treatment - why? She refused to call the manager? She refused to give me any details? Am I supposed to accept that? Very dodgy.

I video taped Winto which is my proof that I didn't receive my treatment. It also shows disgraceful behaviour and lack of professionalism. Wrong and strong. She made a mistake but isn't mature enough to admit it. The manager was supposed to call me but surprise, surprise no call.

Unlike some, I deal with things the right way. My energy is too precious to waste without impact. Respect is earned not given. Experience is the best teacher.

Sspa offers 6 sessions for 5 and I took this offer twice. Really enjoyed every session and cannot recommend Sspa enough. I were treated by Kayley whom provided me with the head to toe deep tissue massge. I feel wonderful as all my back aches and pains are disappeared after the first 6 sessions. The pain on my bent elbow has also subsided. Each time I attend, not only I feel so pampered but feel so good afterwards for days. My muscles and joints are soft and skin are suffle. I first went to Sspa thinking it is expensive but it is not as the session is one hour long and mostly overrun without any further cost. I feel so pampered as everyone from reception point are so friendly and welcoming. Kayley massage techniques are really good, I dont know how to describe it but she works with all her heart and sole and passion. Laura's facial tissue massage techniques is quite extra-ordinary to me. I would recommend everyone to enjoy the benefit I gained from the sessions. Sspa is really value for money and I were so surprised and glad I found such a lovely spa in the middle of Streatham with so much specialists. I called to understand if it was possible to book an appointment in the day I was calling. I was told I was going be called back in 10 minutes as the receptionist wasn’t there… after 45 minutes wait I called back and managed to book the appointment.

What I needed to have done was a BIAB removed, they didn’t know what it was.

They managed to removed it and I asked for a manicure, just a classic nail polish and to have my nails filed.

A disaster, the nails haven’t been nailed properly and the nail varnish started to make bubbles, probably the acetone wasn’t properly removed and the nail varnish looked very sticky.

I didn’t feel at ease at all, the lady doing my nails seemed bored and upset to do the job I asked for.

I was charged £37 and the only thing I managed to have done was the BIAB removal.

Now I’ll have to go somewhere else to have a proper manicure done.
