Love Desserts — Restaurant in London

I have ordered waffle, it was done quite quick, staff were friendly at first, I asked if I could get the vanilla ice cream instead of the soft serve vanilla ice cream to go along with my waffle as I was very honest that the soft serve ice cream tasted like milk mixed with water and they just froze it, this is wat it literally tasted like as my friend ordered from there before and I had a taste of the soft serve ice cream, but the staff said they can't change it as it's the rule that their boss said they can't change it, I did say if you can give me in same tub size as soft serve ice cream, I would appreciate it, but again staff said no they can't. When I reached home, which took less than 2mins by car, the waffle was already cold, and there was no cutlery or napkins given in the bag, if I was gonna eat it in the car itself, then how would I have eaten it? And if it's all about saving cutlery, I wasn't even asked if I needed cutlery, not even napkins. The shop is new and very attractive, but that's about it, nothing good at all about the food neither about customer care. Will definitely not go there...

Arrived at 3pm today 09/10/21 the store was not busy. When ordering my dessert the large lady with pink lipstick making my order: Oreo milkshake large, Snow white cookie dough and a strawberry kisses waffle.

The lady (kuram) did not even know what was in the dessert or which chocolate bases were available... My dessert? tasted like it was thrown in the microwave (for 2 minutes) the middle of my cookie dough was stone cold and the outside was burned- you could taste the CRUNCHES of sugar and the dessert was burned from the corners! Looks like the lady who made my dessert ate all the toppings too, I was left with leftover sprinkles of HALF a FLAKE and, 1 maltesar... with 5 milky way buttons that she had left in the packet from not eating.

This store does not make me LOVE desserts it makes me HATE desserts- The staff stare at you and it's disgusting.

My dog could make me a more edible dessert, and serve it too me rather than leaving it on top of the icecream display and not calling your...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ……. So I went with my brother to Love desserts and the worker spilled the chocolate sauce from the waffle all over my clothes therefore i asked him to clean my clothes he then said okay. After eating the waffle me and my brother went to the counter to speak to the staff however the staff was very disrespectful and rude towards us they were acting like it was our fault. So I nicely gave him two options to either clean my clothes or give me my money back but the staff was still very disrespectful towards me and kept denying to give me back a refund neither the staff member cleaned my clothes. As the Law follows i could have sued the restaurant in the law of negligence or tort but i had the kindness to not do so. If you do not want to be treated with ill manner and disrespect as well as poor customer service then do not come to love desserts to be treated this way where you feel disrespected by staff.
