Food come’s over burnt with hair in the food new pictures added presentation is a mess I’ve tried with this place I’ve had orders I have thrown away wasted money the lack of salad when I call to make sure my orders right they put the phone down on me this place is hit or miss when they get it right which is rear the foods edible others times they couldn’t care less about customer service ordered a mixed kebab got kebab meat and pitta no salad no sauce had to walk and take it back I used Just Eat Cold kebab called to resolve they offered no resolution what so ever they blamed the cold food on delivery guys packaging his packaging was adequate as it was delivered and pulled out of bag at my front door on various occasions my food has been delivered cold I only order mixed kebabs from this place 3/7 kebabs ordered cold that I can recount add that in pricing they did not even say sorry minimal salad (my whole meal was runined) meat was cold to the touch like it just came out of the fridge and had to go in the microwave... Im done You wont continue to keep taking my money I hope others open their eyes ordered a kebab the other month came to me dry no sauce at all not even in the bag I did not complain but I was upset ordered a kebab 1 time there was not even no bread I didn’t comlain. I'll be honest with this, WORST RESTAURANT In Barking. You could ask why? I went yesterday to order some chicken wings and the person who takes the orders don't understand what I'm saying. How am I making him confused? I told him what I want. I wanted 20. So I said to him in the first box is 10 wings . The second box 3 wings. 3rd box was 3 wings . And 4th box was 4 wings. All together, how many wings do I have? 20. The person who took the orders was yelling and shouting. He needs to use his brain. All I wanted is 20 chicken wings , chips and drinks. All I tried to Do is help a man on the road due to the fact he was begging for food. Let's talk about the food. Although good, the chicken is supposed to be crispy. Am I right? The food was pink, just not what I was thinking. Chips were fine. Drinks were ok. Cleaning isn't bad. But overall, WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT MAMA'S PERI PERI . All they need to work on is their manners and how they treat their customers and how they wanted to be treated as. They should not tolerate. Please work on the food. Neither me and my family did not love it due to the fact the chicken was pink. I'll say this again. Do not shout at customers as how you wanted to be treated the same as them. Me and my partner got food from here tried to get our money back for our chicken burger and spicy chicken wrap. The man tried telling us it was where the spicy stuff marinated the chicken even tho it all tasted like rubber so instead he insisted on cooking new food and told us the wrap won't be spicy yet the food is still pink. The man can't own up to his mistakes and is just rude, making it out that you're in the wrong and there are reasons why it's cooked like that. If I were you, run very far from this place or you'll have food...
