McDonald's — Restaurant in London

This McDonald’s is located in Barking Town Centre, in a great spot right next to the market, which takes place on weekdays. It’s a convenient place to grab a quick meal, whether you’re shopping or just passing by.

One of the shifts here is excellent—the staff is always friendly and welcoming. However, another shift can sometimes feel a bit pushy, especially when it comes to restroom access. There have been times when staff insistently ask whether you are ordering something before even allowing you to use the restroom. This can be frustrating, as many people, including regular customers like us, prefer to use the restroom first before placing an order. Since we visit this McDonald’s often, ordering tea or food and sometimes spending time using the internet, it would be nice to feel more comfortable without this unnecessary pressure.

Aside from that, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a good selection of healthier options, such as grilled chicken salad and tea. The ordering system is convenient, with self-service kiosks where you can easily place your order and either have it brought to your table or pick it up yourself if you’re taking it to go.

This location is very busy, with many customers dining in, likely because of the affordable prices. It’s especially popular among students and those looking for budget-friendly meals. There is also a constant flow of delivery drivers from various services, often forming long queues to pick up orders.

Overall, this McDonald’s is a good place for a quick and affordable meal, but it would be great if all staff members maintained the same level of friendliness and customer service...

Not done any reviews for awhile but today particually annoyed me, I had the misfortune of purchasing from this joke of a mac donalds. So it's monday, lunch time I'm in the area and I fancy something quick and easy, so I go here to buy a wrap. I look at the wrap of the day garlic mayo, and i'm like nope does not interest me, so I pay a extra £2 to get the bbq wrap instead.

I wait my numbers called I get my lunch the package says BBQ wrap, no issues so far. i leave I go to eat my wrap that, only to find right away it's cold, and it's not a bbq wrap. Although the paper says its a bbq wrap inside its smoothered in garlic moyo with no bbq sauce at all.

So they gave me the wrap of the day, disguised as a bbq wrap. Thankfully I don't have any alleries so I was just ripped of and made to pay more for something I did not want rather then outright posioned.

I took a few bites of this awful wrap that the staff "accidentally" gave me, before throwing it in the bin. Thank you once again Beckton Asda for proving that even you're mac donalds inside is substandard and poorly ran.

Keep lazily putting the wrong items into peoples meals like this and you'll find yourselves with a law suit and a seriously ill or dead posion victim on...

I have just been to McDonalds to collect my food. First and foremost there was no one at the front of house to serve any customers. Granted they were busy. Secondly the tables were full of waste and dirty. Thirdly the shift manager seems like she has received some devastating news with the look on her face. It’s enough to kill anyone’s mood. She is thanking customers whilst her back is turned and walking away from them!. Just when you think it can’t get worse, please take a look at the photo with fries. I was about to feed this horrible food to my 3 year old.

To the area manager and the ceo, please can you train your staff to a better standard in all departments. If you would like me to demonstrate to your staff what “good” looks like, then please respond to my review with an email address. I will happily train...
