Absolutely lousy, nonchalant service at the drive thru today. After being told to park up as the food wasn't ready (very usual at this branch), I waited nearly half an hour. The server bringing out food to other cars was singular the slowest worker I have ever seen, and seemed to delight that my food was taking a long time and even tried to "bounce" as I walked out of the restaurant after going in there to find out what was going on. The manager didn't have a clue what was going on, and I was asked for my registration number 3 times. After another 10 minutes, I asked for a complete refund because after 40 minutes, still no food. No apologies we're forthcoming, and Absolutely no one took any responsibility whatsoever, apart from the guy who eventually gave me my money back. This is by far the worst branch of this restaurant anywhere in the world, and I've been to many in different countries. I've been eating at this restaurant chain since they opened in the UK back in the 1970s, but this is the last time, never again. I didn't want to give any stars whatsoever since I didn't get any food, the atmosphere was appalling because the service was so slow, and the servers all seemed like they were in a trance, or that it was beneath them...
Read moreI’m writing this review to praise the outstanding service and work ethic of one of this restaurant’s employees. I’ve been visiting this McDonald’s with my daughter almost every Sunday since the beginning of the summer, and I’ve been consistently impressed with Tawanda (hopefully I’ve spelled that correctly). He has a superb work ethic and remarkable patience, it’s truly commendable!
Unfortunately, some guests show little respect or manners, leaving their tables in an appalling state. Despite this, Tawanda cleans and organises everything professionally, always with a smile on his face. Today, I sadly witnessed a rude customer verbally abusing him. I wanted to step in, but the situation escalated quickly, and I hope the restaurant manager addressed it properly in the end.
I’m taking the time to write this review to recognise Tawanda’s exceptional attitude and dedication. Be proud of your professionalism and don’t let inconsiderate people discourage you. I’m certain many other customers have noticed your positivity and great work, your future is bright.

Read moreFirst time ordering from this store. My partner went to pick up an order, got back and 2 of our main items missing. I have worked for McDonald's as a company twice in my life, and it is SO easy to bag orders right if the staff actually look at what they're doing. To send an order out when it is incomplete is a huge inconvenience to others, wastes time, and portrays a really bad picture of the store as a whole. My poor partner has now had to go back to this store in order to get the food he already paid for, because someone didn't read the screen correctly, or check before they bagged it up and sent it off. I understand fast food is a quick business, and I know it can be stressful (as I say, I've worked for the company twice before myself) but it is becoming an increasing problem across all the stores that they just do not take any care when packing delivery orders, inconveniencing people who have paid money and spent time simply to have something nice for dinner. I am unimpressed with the way in which our order was packed today and do not feel the need to return to this store. I've never had the same problem with the likes of KFC or Burger King....
