Bubble and Bounce — Local services in London

More expensive than those in the area and service POST PAYMENT was abysmal. Used their services on the 8th June and received wrong equipment. First off it was a Nina Ball Pond instead of the Nina Play I ordered.

The disappointment was 1 hour into the bouncy castle being up, it started to deflate with kids inside. Very dangerous and very embarrassing.

When we called the company, it was implied that someone (on our side) had tampered with it. Wrong. We were then told to use the 'working' generator in the bouncy castle which would in effect render the ball pond useless. We did this and did not use the pond the entire time.

Nobody bothered to come and have a look and it was implied when the castle was collected that they should have never been plugged into the same socket which was installed by their team.

Emailed company day after no response.

Bubble and Bounce were fantastic from start to finish. From my first enquiry bubble and bounce responded quickly and professionally to all my enquiries. They provided a whatsapp number which I was able to take photos of the location (which I changed a number of times) to reassure me that they were still able to provide a service.

I required a bouncy castle on gravel and they were quick to let me know that they could provide this whereas other companies' websites were unclear.

The team were friendly, arriving promptly on time and were quick to take incentive and make suggestions on where it should be placed as I frantically tried to organise other parts of the party. They gave me a quick call to say they were on the way to collect the bouncy castle at our arranged time.

It has taken a while for me to post this review but it has been on my mind to do it every single day since my twins' bday party back in February. After being let down by another bouncy castle hire company, I spent hours desperately trying to find a replacement as I had roughly thirty 5 year olds coming to my house. Bubble and Bounce went above and beyond to come through for me. Even though they had no availability at the time, they pulled out all the stops and just in the nick of time managed to source me a castle from elsewhere. Honestly, you don't often experience service like this anymore so I'd like to express my immense gratitude to your company for making the day a success.
