Full of delivery drivers in a fast food joint with awkward parking arrangements. 7.3.22 The manager does not seem to know about the instore product available being advertised! Staff were generally friendly & helpful. 20.5.22 Scammers operating in the Colindeep Lane , Colindale "restaurant" with customers (school kids!) collecting food already collected before with stories to con the staff & not pay again! The management & authorities should deal with these characters & throw them out of the restaurant & not let them gather there at all. 26.5.22 Management must be aware that drivers are entering the outlet in Colindale (turning sharp right via Colindeep Lane to avoid queues further ahead!) at speed ignoring the "No Entry " sign! This is recipe for disaster & will be the cause of a serious accident as either a pedestrian/kids will be hit by such a vehicle or it colliding with another vehicle proceeding towards the exit ahead! Action must be taken to immediately stop drivers entering the outlet through the "No Entry " sign & prevent any serious accidents happening! 15.9.22 Orders seem to take very long in being prepared as well as the wrong items being served! 16.9.23 Tasty burgers & chips with helpful staff, however there are flies & insects which are flying around in the dining area! 17.7.24 Tables are not being cleaned up for use by other users & the stinking toilet drains are overflowing into the car park & needs to be cleaned up! 23.11.24 Surprising that even now their Self Service machines don't work , let alone the APP & incompetent staff who struggle to print Customer Receipts! 26.1.25 Ordinary tasting Burgers served where tables need to be cleaned quickly after use by customers. & drivers are dangerously driving up the wrong way & near to cause collisions 💥! Unacceptable. 18.2.25 An outlet ( Colindale) where some of the customer serving East European 🇪🇺 staff are unpleasant & unable to operate the McDonald's App & it's Offers & are blind to which customers are already waiting to be served & ahead of any queue! I went to this McDonald's and ordered my food on the machine when it came time for my receipt the machine ran out of paper, I called over a staff member and politely explained he then asked me if I remembered my number I thought I had so I joined the que to wait to receive my order. After around 45 min I still hadn't received my order so I told the lady manager who I think was European. firstly she ignored me then when she finally responded she rudely stated that she could not find my order and then proceeded to embarrass me by loudly stating to her colleague also another manager that this is how black girls were and I probably wanted free food as she did not believe I had ordered anything as she could not find my order and I did not have a receipt this was heard by not only other customers but other staff. I then went and found the staff member who had assisted me at the machine to explain to her, she ignored him and me while mocking me to her staff and loudly telling everyone that I was there to get free food. She left me in tears it took another manager who I want to thank to take his time and look through the system to find my order by this time I had been there for well over and hour, at least 20 min of her mocking me and telling everyone I was a theif. I'm writing this because I'm shocked that she was able to get away with treating a customer this way. Not only did she mock me the food she gave me in the end was disgusting over salted and not what I ordered, she also left out items I had ordered she made fun of me and laughed at me making her staff join her. I feel sad because I really did love McDonald's and now I have to much anxiety to ever go back to this restaurant. Please if anyone has ever experienced anything like this post it or things will...

Do not expect any kind of half decent service from this store.. myself and my brother went to this store and a memember of staff who had finished work decided to get involved with mine and my brothers conversation. Beingextreemly rude amd the way he spoke to us was un acceptable for a staff member to speak to customers in the manor that he did. After this we went outside to smoke and the guy then started to take photos of me. My brother went back in to inform the managers of what he was doing. The man then started getting irate so i stepped in and told him who the hell does he think he is talking to like that. The staff didnt take it seriously. Once ive arrived home i phoned up the store and spoke to the manager who was there when i was in the store and he then tried to accuse me of provoking the situation when clearly you can see on the cctv that his staff memeber started interactions with my brother and myself. Then i reacted back. Then after this on the cctv you will see him taking photos whilst i was standing outside the store. He has then denied working for mcdonalds but the managers have stated he does work for this store. This is unacceptable behaviour for any staff member that works for any business. Next time i will not be returning to mcdonalds. I will take the extra 5 mins walk down to KFC. There customer service seems to be alot better than this store. I do not no what has happened to the management of this store as it has gone downhill. And what manager accuses the customers of playing games and joking around when i called up.afterwards...
