Today I witnessed something disgusting: a member of staff ( woman) went to a disabled man who was eating in peace his burger, telling him the Labrador wasn’t allowed inside. The man was disabled and the dog was a guided dog. Myself and another woman started to defend the man. The assistant manager went back to the man to apologise ( I’m sure she asked the employee to ask him to leave ). What I witnessed today was unacceptable! The assistant manager’s attitude stank, she was rude to me when I told her what just happened was shocking. The poor man continued eating and looked distressed … 😞 Shame on the member of staff & assistant manager. If you worked for me I would of sacked u on the spot! Shameeeeeeee on you! I’ll never return to this...

Order through the mcdonalds app and was unable to get effective series as the manager Ildiko said since the order left there store they cant check despite it being there job to check deliveries before they go out and telling me to contact uber eats with no contact info provided despite them not being my order service.
