I recently stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Wembley, and overall it was a really lovely experience. The gym is on the smaller side, but still manageable and well-equipped enough for a good workout. I also made use of the sauna and steam room the sauna is a bit small, but in a way that makes it feel quite cosy. The setup with the pool and the little hot jacuzzi to the left of it is a nice touch and makes the spa area feel complete. I had access to the Executive Lounge, which was a great perk. They serve food and drinks between 6 and 8 for what they call ā€œhappy hour,ā€ and it was a nice addition to the stay. That said, I think the food could be taken up a notch this time it was chicken fillets, and on a previous visit it was fish fingers. Tasty, but a little more variety would make it even better. Still, the lounge itself is comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The Sky Bar was another highlight. The views are phenomenal, and it has a mellow, chilled vibe that makes it a perfect spot to unwind in the evening. But the best part of the stay, hands down, was breakfast. The service was excellent, and in particular, I want to mention Hanane, the lady who makes the omelettes. She’s so respectful, warm, and genuinely lovely, I got such a good vibe from her the first time I visited, and again this time. She makes the omelette station a standout experience. My only disappointment is that she mentioned she’ll be travelling to see family, so she won’t be there when I return soon! All in all, the Hilton Wembley offers a great mix of comfort, good facilities, and memorable hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was quite disappointed with my overall stay at Hilton Wembley Park. The facilities are far below what you would expect from a Hilton. The rooms are worn out and outdated, with old carpets both in the rooms and corridors that emit an unpleasant smell. To make matters worse, the body odor from the cleaning staff lingers in the hallways, which makes walking through them uncomfortable. Housekeeping service was also poor several times, essential items like cups, spoons, and glasses were missing. For a hotel of this brand and price point, the upkeep and attention to detail were seriously lacking. The spa area is equally underwhelming. It’s very small and run down the pool, sauna, and hammam look nothing like the pictures on the website. The spa is really small. Another major issue is the lobby area. There’s no seating at all, which makes waiting for a taxi or meeting guests inconvenient, especially for elderly guests who cannot stand and wait for long . It’s surprising that such a basic amenity is missing. Customer service was also hit and miss. The reception staff were not particularly friendly, and in particular, the receptionist Roxana’s attitude was quite unpleasant she seemed to lack basic hospitality skills and courtesy. On a positive note, I want to mention that the gym receptionists were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful. They were the one bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay. Overall, Hilton Wembley Park is in serious need of refurbishment and better management. It’s far below Hilton standards, and I wouldn’t recommend it until major improvements are made.

**Don’t expect any support from them** Asked for slippers: Oh sorry, they are only for guests in executive rooms. Asked for razor: oh sorry, we don’t have stock available. Toothbrush? Of course no. What you can expect in the room are warning signs about do not touch or move the drinks and snacks unless you need them otherwise you will be charged if the sensors are triggered. This isn't feel like welcoming. Before I made my booking, I specifically asked if I can store luggage before check in day, the customers service confirmed I could. Then when I arrived and ask for arrangement, the answer was no, they could not help, please go to the hotel next door for luggage storage. It’s really funny that I had to ask another hotel to help because my original hotel had no such service. Fortunately I had my previous conversation record with the staff, otherwise I would not get the luggage stored. (For some reasons I had to make this arrangement, and there were other hotels offering this service, I only booked Hilton because they confirmed at the first place, but now i regretted it.) Each time I reach out the customers service from online chat, I got different answers. Some said no problem, some said they don't offer certain services. So I am not sure where the boundaries are. If you just look for a bed and good location near Wembley Stadium, go for it. Otherwise avoid it at all costs.

My recent stay at the Hilton London Wembley was nothing short of exceptional, and it has quickly become my favourite hotel in London. From its convenient location to the outstanding service and amenities, every aspect of my experience ensured a memorable visit.

The hotel’s location is perfect, nestled in the shadows of the iconic Wembley Stadium. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Wembley Park Underground along Olympic Way, and it’s surrounded by a plethora of amenities. Whether you’re in town for a concert, a match, or just exploring the city, Hilton London Wembley places you right at the heart of the action.

The reception area is spacious and inviting, setting the tone for the warm hospitality you’ll experience throughout your stay. The staff at reception were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent customer service with a genuine smile. The lobby proudly displays sports memorabilia, showcasing the trust placed in this hotel by some of the biggest and best sports teams that have visited over the years. It’s a nod to the hotel’s esteemed reputation.

One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast served on the 3rd floor in The Association Restaurant. It was, without a doubt, the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel. The spread was extensive, featuring a chef preparing fresh eggs to your liking, a well-maintained cooked breakfast buffet that was simply delicious, and a grand selection of hams, cheeses, breads, cereals, and juices. At the weekends, a selection of Champagne was even available. The restaurant itself offers stunning views towards Wembley Stadium and overlooks the bustling street below, making for a truly exceptional dining experience.

For those staying in Suites or Executive rooms, the Executive Lounge on the 9th floor is a quiet haven perfect for getting some work done or simply relaxing. The lounge offers excellent views, comfortable seating, and complimentary soft drinks, snacks, tea, and coffee. In the morning, a Continental breakfast is available, and in the evening, guests can enjoy a selection of alcohol and canapĆ©s. It’s a luxurious touch that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The Living Well Health Club on the 2nd floor was another great feature of the hotel. While small, it boasts a gym, swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and although the space is limited during peak times, when it’s quiet, it can be incredibly relaxing. The sauna and steam room are compact, fitting about four people each, and the pool, at 1.2 metres deep throughout, is ideal for a leisurely swim. Timing your visit here is key to making the most of the facilities.

I stayed in room 842, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was very spacious, featuring a large bed, a large TV with Sky Sports and TNT Sports, a desk, table, and chair. Plenty of storage space, and the room was bright and welcoming. The bathroom was also excellent, with both a bath and a shower. I appreciated the complimentary water and the welcome tray. While the mini bar was available, the prices were quite steep. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with housekeeping doing an outstanding job.

Although the hotel doesn’t offer parking, the nearby Gold car park is a fantastic alternative. Located just metres from the hotel reception, it’s easy to access. At a cost of Ā£15 a day when validated at reception, it represents excellent value for money.

Security is top-notch. Access to the rooms is via lift, which requires a room key to operate, and entry to the hotel in the evening is monitored by staff. It’s one of the most secure hotels I’ve stayed in, and this added a level of comfort that allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay even more.

Overall, my stay at Hilton London Wembley was an absolute pleasure, and I would love to return, possibly to experience one of the Suites on offer. This hotel is, without a doubt, the most well-rounded I’ve stayed in within London. It was an honour to experience such impeccable service, comfort, and convenience, and I can’t wait to...

We stayed for 3 nights and our thoughts are as follows;

Location: -Right next to Wembley Arena and 5mins walk to Wembley stadium. -Nearby Wembley Park underground station has access to to the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines and is just 10 mins walk away. -We felt relatively safe walking round outside the hotel, even when we came back from the Theatre late one evening. -It took us about 50 Mins using the Tube to get from the hotel to the Theatre in Covent Garden. -Car Parking is provided via a big Multi-storey car park next door. Just £15 per 24hrs when you get your ticket validated at the hotel on your departure. -If you are coming by Car and approaching London from the North then the location is ideal. -There is an outlet shopping village next to the hotel with a broad range of shops with prices cheaper than central London and well worth a look round. -Good choice of restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.

Reception: We were welcomed at Reception by Jonathan who was very friendly and when he found out we were celebrating a birthday he gave us a free upgrade which I thought was a nice touch. Thank you Jonathan!

Pool/Gym: We thought the pool and spa were too small for a hotel of this size. On all 3 occasions we visited the pool, there were children splashing round so was not suitable for any sort of proper swimming activity. The steam room and sauna can only fit 3 people (4 at a squeeze), this meant you had to spy your chance to get a seat. We were there during school holidays so perhaps it’s normally quieter? If I’d booked this hotel as a spa weekend I would have been disappointed, it’s too small and it’s just not that sort of hotel.

Room: Very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower curtain was a little too long and it would have been nice to have plug sockets on both sides of the bed but these are first world problems. My main gripe with the room it was just too hot. The lowest the Air-con would go to was 18c but it felt warmer.

Breakfast: This was served buffet style and was excellently presented. Good choice of fruit, cereals, pastry’s and your traditional English breakfast items. The highlight for me was the omelette station where you could choose your filling and watch it cooked in front of you - something I know is done in a lot of hotels these days but the taste and choice of fillings makes this one of the best examples I’ve seen.

Executive lounge: We loved using this and was only possible as we had been upgraded to an executive room. You could get free nibbles and soft drinks during the day and there was a balcony you could access for fresh air and a view of your surroundings. Best of all was between 6pm and 8pm you could get a selection of Alcoholic drinks free of charge! There was also a hot food option at this time although I felt some of the other guests took advantage of this and were clearly coming for their main meal of the day when it’s not really for that purpose. We used it for drinks and light bites before going out for Dinner.

Other points: When we arrived by car we inadvertently turned into the underground car park of a neighbouring apartment block. The road had barriers across due to an event at the Arena and we had not realised that the car park was further down the road beyond the barriers. Once we realised our mistake we spoke to the security staff on the barrier and once we explained we needed the ā€œGoldā€ car park next to the hotel they moved the barriers out the way so we could get to the car park. Even though there was an event at the Arena there was still plenty of parking spaces. I suspect it would be full if there was a football match on at the Stadium.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff make this place as others have said. From Jonathan on reception to the staff in the executive lounge, everyone was really friendly and wanted to make sure you had a great stay. Despite a couple of minor grumbles, we would return here on our next...
