Slamburger Wembley - Halal Burgers — Restaurant in London

Went to slamburger. Ordered meals and wings. Once we received our meals and checking the wings. As seen in image. It's so dark brown, overcooked to be frank. Spoken to the server. They don't do refunds, they were blindly adamant that there was no problems with wings as they cook it like that and customer never had complaint? Shocking. I never received any burnt wings ever in any establishment I been to. They even showed me the uncooked one and to my shock its a frozen wings with ice on it. I can tell they high fry it and burn it like its cooked and they could not tell the difference between a freshly fry wings and a burnt one. They don't even know it can give stomach ache rather they try to avoid refunds for their sake in working and keeping up their gullible mistake which they hide it. So they eventually gave substitue for strips. And the place is noisy from students barging in having their fun like craze. £6.49 for burnt overcooked...

I came into this restaurant after driving past it a few days ago; I was particularly struck by hiw clean this burger joint looked (most burger joints in Wembley look pitiful to say the least!)

I was served by the sweet and helpful Samra, seating was comfortable (with stylish blue velvet chairs), and above all, all tables were clean as well as the floors (a rarity in Wembley!) I enjoyed the spicy smash burger, it wasn't the best burger I've had in my life (that title.is reserved for smash n slide), however, the whole experience was so pleasant that I would 100% return again. Chips were crispy and yummy, and the portion size was enough for 2 people (or 1 person if you like to eat a lot of chips).

Slamburger, you have a repeat customer in me. I hope you keep up your hygiene standards as that is a real USP...

Incorrect Order. They can't seem to get orders right, management needs to retrain their staff. I've had issues with my order both times I've been here. One delivery was missing 3 of the 6 burgers ordered and of the ones we received 1 was the wrong burger. I had to drive to the store (after paying extra for priority delivery) to collect the rest of the order. Bearing in mind it was Ramadan and iftar time, so I was not best pleased. On the other occasion, I collected the order and we were missing patties in our burgers, e.g. ordered two Mega Slam, which comes with 4 patties, but both only had 3 patties.
