Dear Customer Service and Head Office
I patronize McDonalds regularly and it has one of the greatest standards of Hygiene, there is no other fast food restaurant in this world that, takes extreme measures to offer excellent customer service, to ensure that food preparation is of the highest standard of Hygiene, however this one restaurant on 11.10.25 served me FOOD that was RETURNED and I have been sick.
When food has left McDonalds kitchen and served to another Customer and it is returned, I am 100% certain observing McDonalds Standards, Policies and Procedures, its not supposed to be RE-SOLD and SERVED to another Customer because the food can be Contaminated with Germs.
I won a Mr Monopoly Meal which was redeemed via McDonalds Excellent App on 11.10.25 after 9pm it was delivered to table 05 at this McDonalds Restaurant please can you kindly use McDonalds App IT Services to trace who prepared the Order in your Kitchen.
Quality of Drink: I had Coca-Cola Zero or Diet Coke when it arrived delivered to my table 05 it was WARM, without ice (ZERO ICE) and 16% of the drink was missing, when I tasted the drink it was FLAT, it was not CARBONATED.
Question: How could a freshly poured drink from the McDonalds Coke Tap be NON-CARBONATED, FLAT, WITHOUT ICE CUBES, NOT A SINGLE TRACE OF ICE CUBES, WARM & 16% OF THE DRINK MISSING?
Quality of Food Fries: When I ate some of the MEDIUM FRIES it was COLD. I complained to a very lovely, welcoming, smiling and professional waitress Ms An.....a and she responded politely, I am very sorry, I will get this changed immediately and she did swiftly.
About a few hours later on 12.10.25 I feel sick, with a runny nose, slight temperature and coughing, this has persisted through to the 13.10.25 and 14.10.25 with diaphragm pain, today 15.10.25 still ill but improving and I am not pleased.
Sometimes I patronize McDonalds via my App and sometimes without my App, with reference to my App Purchases at various McDonalds the System Logs will state I am a regular customer at various branches.
McDonalds is a Very Competitive Company, it likes to Surpass Customer Expectations. McDonalds is Trustworthy, the Best Fast Food Company in the World and it achieves its STRENGTH in the Marketplace via STAFF RIGOROUS TRAINING in Food Preparation, Food Handling, Environment Health & Safety Hygiene and Customer Service.
If we Customers Notice to guarantee our Food is not Contaminated but of the Highest Standard of Hygiene McDonalds has a Safety Net to Cover Hair and Beards and Food Preparation is with Gloves. What happened to me is definitely not McDonalds Fault, its a Result of this Branch of McDonalds not been Consistently Compliant to McDonalds High Expected Standards, Policies and Procedures of Food Preparation, Food Management and Customer Food Returns Handling.
I have eaten at this same McDonalds several times and did not fall sick, I am questioning who in the Kitchen prepared my My Monopoly Win Meal a Medium McCrispy Meal with a DRINK NON-CARBONATED, FLAT, WITHOUT ICE CUBES & WARM & 16% MISSING? and COLD MEDIUM FRIES on 11.10.25 served to Table 05?
McDonalds Customer Service I use a different Email Address via my App I can be tracked via Voucher H11TTD98WT6P.

Read moreDear McDonald’s Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent experience at your drive-thru location near the Heathrow area.
Upon arriving, I was met with an impatient attitude from the staff. The person taking my order did not give me time to read the menu and rushed me repeatedly with comments like “That’s it?” and “Anything else?” This felt extremely unprofessional, especially considering there were no other customers in line at the time.
In addition to the poor customer service, the quality of the food was well below expectations. I’ve visited McDonald’s restaurants across Europe and other regions, and I can confidently say that the food at this location is among the worst I’ve encountered. Items lacked basic condiments like sour cream or mayonnaise, and the Big Tasty — once a reliable option — no longer lives up to its name.
What truly alarmed me, however, was the drink I received. The Coca-Cola I ordered had a strong, unpleasant taste, which I believe may have been due to mould or poor maintenance of the drink machine. This raises serious food safety concerns and suggests a lack of proper hygiene training or routine cleaning procedures.
I ended up throwing away the entire meal, not because of a desire for a refund, but out of concern for my health. I live just minutes away and occasionally crave the nostalgic taste of McDonald’s, but this experience has made me think twice.
Given the branch’s proximity to a major travel hub like Heathrow, I find it unacceptable that service and food standards are this poor. I now avoid this location and prefer ordering from the A4 branch, next to Radisson Blu Hotel which consistently provides better quality and service, but even there the products are the same.
I sincerely hope that McDonald’s management takes this feedback seriously. Basic hygiene, food safety, and customer service must be non-negotiable —...
Read moreunbelievably bad. Wrong order received and then i get attitude from the guy when i take it to him and tell him its wrong. he said that what i got was a higher price so i should be happy. Sorry but if i wanted something 30p more, i would have ordered it!!! To assume that i was too poor to buy a more expensive meal at Mcdonalds???? WTF! I then waited 15 minutes for the correct order as other customers came and went. The staff seemingly deliberatly making me wait and making an example of me as they were talking in another language and sniggering at me. I decided i didnt want this food anymore as by the way they were acting i expected them to spit in it or worse. I asked for my money back as i had been waiting ages. I was told no. As they had wasted the original order i was given and told that i couldnt have a refund. Without wanting to waste anymore of my time, I just walked out. I have no reason to waste more time on this scum!!!! I just hope they all lose their jobs and the place...
