   Read morePathetic experience. First the food was cold. The 20 chicken nuggets came with no dips although it Is supposed to come with 4 and all was selected in the online order. The big chips had same or less than medium. The McCrispy bread was hard and tasted to be a day's old. Not fresh. ...and to top it off, the delivery took double the time they showed.
It is worthless to order from the McDonald app in Croydon as the delivery defaults to this kitchen.
Further update. McD gave 2 vouchers for goodwill gesture because of bad experience. 3 days later when I am trying to use today for first time , to our surprise it shows the vouchers are used. Very strange. It is a scam process. First silence customers by offering vouchers and then the vouchers are unusable.

They sent the complete wrong order, so I had to re order, then when it did turn up, all the fries were cold and half filled boxes, they take no accountability for theyâre wrong doings and now, because of theyâve messed up I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund from Just eat, how is that fair??
