Update after dinner: Since we were happy with the breakfast, we decided to try dinner that same evening. Well... we had to lower the stars because the service was far from the friendly girls in the morning. As a greeting from the house, potato chips were brought in a bowl on which someone had spilled something, making them wet and pliable and unappetizing. The waiter was told this, he took it with him and said he would say it in the kitchen. We didn't get any new ones.

The quality of the skewers to share wasn't that good either. Chicken was a bit tough and dry, the minced lamb was over-seasoned, the za'atar potatoes could only be served in half a portion (because they ran out) and were supplemented with (deep frozen) fries. There was just a little taste of the za'atar spice. The skewers lay on top of the potatoes/fries, which had a negative effect on the crispiness.

10cm plates for eating are somehow a bit strange, too little space. were replaced by normal plates upon request. We were also not offered the neibourhood special on Sundays, although there is a separate menu for it on the internet.

A restaurant only lasts longer and is good if the service and food are of good quality. It's a shame about the great impression at breakfast.

Emailed head office but no response so leaving the review. DONT DO EVENT/PARTIES HERE. Organised a work get together and they completely destroyed the evening. Spent quite a lot of money (set menu) to be completely let down. Table for about 15 people. Was asked to spend about £50pp upfront just for food. Had strict 6:30-8:30 sitting set by them (worked for us - parents etc). Took about 45mins for the starters to arrive and they were very average. Then we sat there until about 9:30pm before the mains came. We waited nearly 2 hours!!!!! We kept asking and they just kept apologizing. It was just a bunch of salads and meat again very average. At this point some of the team had to go already before the food arrived. Everyone was starving. Had 4 vegetarian and they were advised this before hand. Was told us they can eat the salad (as it lay under a bed a meat) not really acceptable. We didn’t even get the dessert as it was after 10pm at this point so we said don’t bother as there was only a few of us left. Something went insanely wrong or they just didn’t care. As I said - tried to reach out to discuss but they ignored my email. I just they got the money that’s all...

Second time coming back here for the lunch on my way doing a few business work. The restaurant is lovely! Very clean and nice atmosphere. It is located on a small quiet street where you can see people of the town walking across. The food! Yes, they are all well-cooked, delicious and especially very unique taste. I ordered 2 main, 2 sides and dessert for me and my partner's lunch. Really good amount and not feeling heavy at all. The price is reasonable, I'm happy with that.

One more thing I love and would definitely recommend having food at Megan's Wandsworth again is the friendly staff and service facility. It has a lot of seat-selections and all the staff made us welcome to enjoy food and space. Melike remembers us from the first time we had food here, a very walm little thing made us happy. Macy and Marcella serve us really nice. As a person who loves food and takes a lot of time considering which one should be tried, I really appreciated their personal recommendations.
