We've visited many places in London in search of finding a good pizza and this was definitely the best one we've had so far. Classic italian pizza with thin crust but with a lot of flavour and fresh ingredients. Eveything we had was just as good and very flavourful. The vegetarian lasagna perhaps had a little too much bechamel which was overtaking the rest of the laters but still it was tasty. Everyone working there was Italian and therefore you'll get the traditional italian taste in every dish. The only thing that threw us off a bit and it is the reason I put four stars, was that on the set menu it was mentioned that if it was shared then an extra £6 per person would be added. I understand that it's meant to be for one person, but I was going to share some of my starter with my partner and we weren't sure if we would be charged for that (which we weren't at the end). I've never seen something similar written on set menus before, and even though I know it's trying to clearify in case someone decides to share the whole set menu with someone, I think it's a bit obvious that it's meant to be for one person and it can be misunderstood when it's read by a customer. Something else that I'd say can be improved is the service, and even though the lady that served us was lovely and very polite, when it got busy it became quite slow. Therefore, when it was time to pay we had to wait a while to catch the attention of one of the servers. We personally weren't that bothered by it but I can understand how it can be a bit frustrating for someone. One little thing that I'd like to add, completely from an architectural prespective, is that the lighting of the place perhaps needs to be a bit warmer and less bright, to make it seem more cozy and welcoming to the customers, I believe it would make a difference to the atmosphere of the place. Overall it's a great restaurant and I recommend eating there if you're craving some...

Really disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. The food was good - apart from one pizza, which was burnt, but happily exchanged - but everything else was poor. The evening didn't get off to a great start - we booked a table for 4 at 7.30pm. Our table, along with at least 3 other 7.30pm bookings was not ready until 7.50pm. Waiter told me they didn't have a vegan menu but he would look - he managed to remove 2 food menus and the drinks menu whilst 'looking' and he did find the vegan menu. Drinks served lukewarm as at 8.15pm on a Saturday they had run out of ice. Starters were served but no cutlery or napkins were on the table so we watched our food going cold whilst staff found cutlery. One of the waiting staff accidentally dropped some plates whilst clearing a nearby table. Tomato sauce splashed onto my friend's coat which was on the back of her chair. The coat would need to be dry cleaned to remove the mess made on it. Instead of offering us free drinks/taking my friend's meal off the bill, etc to cover the dry cleaning costs the manager told her very abruptly to get the coat cleaned and send her the bill. Finally when it came to ordering dessert a number of items were out of stock so in the end we didn't bother. The restaurant was very noisy and we had to almost shout to hear each other. The evening was interspersed with at least 5 renditions of 'Happy Birthday' over the music system and cakes being brought out, perhaps this is more of a party place than a meet up with friends place? The final insult came whilst paying the bill when the waiter apologised for the poor service and chaotic evening we had experienced. Apparently its not normally like this he told us, although as this was our first visit we won't be back - except of course to take in the dry cleaning bill...

As someone who has visited Minori many times with different groups of friends and family, I felt very disappointed with the service and food on my recent visit and am sad to see that the customer service has declined.

The business seem to have become more business focused rather than customer focused and this is reflected in their service and food offerings.

For example, as a vegetarian we wanted to switch a meat ingredient to a vegetarian ingredient on a pizza to make it vegetarian. They refused to do this which seemed ludacris and illogical.

We specifically asked for the food to be spicy and made this clear. When we asked if the chef could add chill we were told this would cost extra for adding chillies?! We asked for the food to be spicy and it was far from this. We found the food on this occasion average at best.

Finally, the service from the older waitress felt hostile. We had brought a cake and she tried to pretend that regulations had changed so they refused to even store the cake in the fridge and wouldn’t let us eat it. She then said instead of cake, we’d could buy deserts which showed to us it was purely a business commercial decision. It was crazy they wouldn’t even store the cake for us…. when we threatened to leave to go elsewhere, they quickly changed their mind. The waitress then purposely later ruined the surprise of us having a cake by making it known at the table we had bought a cake even though we had arrived early to give the cake (she knew it was a surprise as we had told her).

Due the above, we won’t be returning again and will be sharing this experience with others. It’s a shame they are thinking from a business perspective rather than a customer perspective with their...

Lovely place, the feel is authentic Italian, the staff really friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. When I sat down I forgot to take off my mask, the waiter politely busted some Italian and had a laugh with myself and my family. When leaving, we were all merry, after having some good food and wine, I stood up having forgotten to out on my mask, a very grumpy old lady dressed in black howled very impolitely about putting on a mask. I was shocked at the rudeness (possibly patronising?) and actually ruined the rest of our evening. It's sad when one little thing like that can ruin what should have been a very pleasant evening and otherwise very friendly staff.

We were well looked after Friday 2nd May - delicious food and efficient service. We got the 2 course meal deal for £16.50 and some items a la carte. All the portions were generous and some of us took food home. I had the arancini and bruschetta for starters - the flavours were fresh and I finished every bit of the tomato sauce. I had the cream chicken for main which I enjoyed and couldn't finish because of how generous the portion was. Ice creams are lovely gelatos (pistachio tastes like pistachio!) Very efficient service eon the whole. Busy atmosphere from 6 onwards on Friday - families and some groups of friends We really enjoyed our meal

Bit of a mixed bag here We started with a truly excellent salumi and cheese platter, great selection and very good pizza dough bread. The menu said was for 2 to share, there were 3 of us and to be fair it could have served 4. Impressive. For mains we had a pizza and pasta. Pizza was a decent Napoli style with a good crust. Felt that it had been sitting around for while though Pasta was tomato and mixed seafood. Pasta was over cooked, seafood over cooked and way to much sauce. Very disappointed. Service was functional, some staff could make a bit more of an effort. Would come back for starters and pizza, pasta and mains would give a miss.
