Moldova Restaurant — Restaurant in London

The experience at this place was my worst experience of food ever!!! After returning very bland prawn cocktail, seeing the next starter let me & my cousin know we was not going to enjoy the food on this very poor menu We were with a friend on her 21st or i would have never paid, i would have allowed a situation to arise where the police would have to interevene. We spoke to a lady who let us know whether we liked the food or not we had to Pay 24 pounds, the amount of issues that arised was not solved just ignored. The majority of food was left, we were not asked once if we enjoyed it or why so much food was left, it was awful, we felt robbed & left 1 distressed B'day girl, who despite bringing a party of over 20, at that ridiculous cost still had to pay 5pounds for every no show, Shambles!! The place needs GORDON RAMSEY or instant CLOSURE, there award is FIVE YRS OLD IT NEEDS REVIEWING, I DREAD TO THINK HOW THAT KITCHEN WAS, STILL TRYING TO PURGE 1'S SELF. NEVER...

As always i am doing my review as honest as i can. The restaurant is made following modern art, using leds light and last hour technology and architecture (not vintage style). The owners are friendly and cooperative always trying to satisfy the clients needs. The staff all night when i was there was always in the place to be ready to offer you all the help you need. Another top aspect : very clean inside, clean toilet. About the food can't find any issues. I had visited over 70 restaurants in London and around and i can say that the starter is in my top 3 of most delicious taste combination. Suitable for halal meal, vegetarians and meat lovers. Alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, good real beans coffee. Good parties, they can provide live music or dj. As a minus ( i said i will be honest) is the issue with car park. But if you are visiting after 18:00 there is no problem parking for free on the next left street. I recommend 100%. Keep up the good work Moldova...

I visited once in 2018 and the atmosphere was great! Recently I've been able to order from my area and I'm stoked. Placed an order a few days ago and I got a call to check on the specifics of the order which was appreciated! The food was on time, the temperature was great and the polenta is just amazing! The food was well cooked, the portion size was good and the customer service is outstanding. Today I placed another order and was offered the option to have my meal cooked a different way because I am not fond of grilling and the lady I spoke to on the phone was nice, well mannered and familiar which I loved! She was super helpful, eager to take my request and made me feel at ease. If you want to try romanian food or you're already a fan, I definitely recommend starting with this...
