Mooboo Bubble Tea Edgware — Restaurant in London

This is genuinely the worst bubble tea I’ve had. I’ve tried the Green Street branch, and that was equally as awful - they also managed to leave a massive piece of metal in my husbands drink. The only decent thing about it was that they immediately refunded us instead of trying to push for replacing them. I hoped this branch would be better as it’s new but it’s the same - I got a creme brûlée and everything was just off. No other place makes this flavour with tea, and I don’t know if the milk was off or what but it had a horrible consistency and curdled in the drink. If I hadn’t already been a distance away I would’ve asked for a refund immediately. Just awful, stay away from this franchise at all costs. If you want reliably good bubble tea, try Lucky Bubble in Harrow’s town centre. Or anywhere else, to be honest. Ridiculously expensive as well just for a regular… 7 pounds I’ll never get back. This has to be the most disappointing bubble tea I've had. Firstly, they got part of the order wrong. I ordered a bubble tea with No ice and 50% sugar. When I received my order, I mentioned that it had ice in it, the lady in question claimed I had said ice, which I did not. A simply fix should have been, no problem, I'll do another. Not as fresh/nice tasting as other places and they're also VERY ungenerous with the toppings. Normally, I'll have loads of tapioca left at the end of my drink but here I've finished it all before I'm halfway through my tea! Had the same experience here twice- third time I nicely asked the lady serving if I could pay for double tapioca as last time there wasn't much given- and it was still less than I usually get everywhere else.
