Let's make no mistake here. The service was poor. Even though it was not busy, the wait time and the fact that the deserts didn't come at the same time, leaving people at the table to start before the others was just.. Terrible. Even the cleanliness was not up to par. There was 3-4 tables near out booth that was not cleaned at all in our 1hour+ stay. Even the menus has sticky substances all over them. C'mon, at least wipe down the menus... The only redeeming factor is that the food was really good and the staff were nice as well, which is the only reason I have a 3 stars. The real question is will I be coming here again? Most probably, but I will give it some time so they can either figure out their service issues as I'd like that to be as smooth as the food! Update: 1st March 2019 Service has improved. Wait time was less. Not all deserts arrived at the same time. Cleanliness has very slightly improved in that tables were cleaned eventually but honest not as quick as you would expect in a desert bar. Menus were still sticky. Food is still great. Staff still amazing. Unfortunately this remains a 3 star place as even after 4 months, there has not been improvements that have changed from the initial review. Update: 15th January 2020 Added more photos. Service time was the same as before if not slightly longer wait time. Desserts arrived separately again which is a problem when one person had something to eat and the other four are waiting.. Certified 3 stars.

DISGUSTING SERVICE GIVEN BY THE SUPPOSED MANAGER OF THIS PARTICULAR DESSERT PLACE. Only 3 staff on premises one who told another customer that they were short staffed allegedly. The manager could not even prioritise work load effectively and instead wasted time doing banking work counting the money in tills many hours before closing, contributing to even longer wait time. We stood in queue for around 40 minutes in that time 5 customers had already walked out because how slow and inefficient staff was. When stating to the manager that it would be best to help with orders rather than count money in the till, his response was rude and unprofessional. He replied with "don't tell me what to do ...I'm the manager I own this place". How can a manager not prioritise workload, contribute to a longer waiting time and on top state there are online orders but stand and waste time counting pennies and change in the till. Looks like manager was grabbed from the street and asked to fill in role with no experience or professionalism . Ended up leaving a going to SNOWFLAKE a few doors down, where service was 100% better. Would never visit this creams again. The manager is incompetent. Would rather waste time checking what's in the tills then help serve customers, resulting in customers walking out and therefore loosing money. Refused to give name hence the pictures instead. Creams sort it out

I’ve been visiting Creams Café Edgware for years, and while it’s always been a solid spot for desserts, I can’t help but feel like it’s lost a bit of its charm over time. The food itself was good in terms of taste and quality, but the presentation just didn’t have that extra touch—it felt more like it was quickly put together rather than carefully crafted. A drizzle of sauce here and there doesn’t quite match the standard that other dessert spots have been setting lately. It’s still a good place to grab a treat, but compared to newer dessert chains that have really stepped up their game, it feels like Creams hasn’t quite kept up. I gave the food 3 stars, not because of the taste, but because it lacked that “je ne sais quoi” that makes a dessert feel special. I hope to see them bring back some creativity in the future!

My friend and I went this afternoon to Creams Cafe Edgware Road/Marble Arch to get a strawberry&banana crepe and an OREO waffle with a couple of deluxe hot chocolate as a Saturday treat. Even though, there were 4 people working at the store when we arrived, the queue for ordering wasn't moving and when we finally got our turn, the worker told us to wait 10 minutes to place the order. We were shocked but waited. He was just there doing nothing. Once we tried to place our order, they told us they didn't have the OREO ice cream we wanted, but they weren't able to explain us what other options we had. We eventually placed our order and went to the table to wait for it. The waitress came up to us explaining that they didn't have the OREO ice cream (again) so we asked them for the other options. His reply was 'everything but that one'. We told him we wanted chocolate ice cream instead. It took them about 15 minutes to bring the OREO waffle with the chocolate ice cream instead. We had to wait another 10 minutes for the crepe and after receiving both, we waited for another 10 minutes for the hot chocolate. As they weren't coming, I approached myself to the till to ask for them and their answer was 'We were about to get them ready'. They, eventually, brought us the hot chocolate which were inedible! I complained to the waitress as the hot chocolate weren't even whisked properly and you could feel all the power. They brought them back and they were the same. We could not drink them. I requested a complaint form due to all of this incidents and the guy said 'oh give me a sec'. After a while, he came back to me saying that the manager has gone to the shop and we needed to wait for him. We really had to go, but waited for over ten minutes and he didn't appear. Nobody came to apologise or...

DO NOT GO TO THIS CREAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAFF ARE RUDE ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER, ADAM!

I am a delivery driver for deliveroo.

The manager, Adam, is extremely rude and disrespectful to delivery partners. I was ignored by him 4 times and I was not asked for my order numbers by any staff for 25 minutes. any staff I tried to get the attention of ignored me. when finally getting Adams attention by being loud and assertive he responded with i'm busy don't talk to me and walked away without checking my number. His staff had said that Adam was planning on firing everyone today which is awful management. I tried to get Adams attention again for help and was once again given an rude response. He refused to give me his name and I had to ask the staff for his name. at the end I walked over to the order screen and used his name to get his attention and with an assertive but polite tone I demanded he checked my order number and demanded to be acknowledged as for 25 minutes nobody has checked my number. He sarcastically responded and checked my number and pointed at the screen and left me with a that's your order. I had to ask him how long the order would be and he responded with 20 minutes. it took me 25 minutes to get acknowledged.

This is unacceptable and I will be telling every driver I know not to accept orders from this creams. ill be telling all my friends not to use them.

Adam should be fired for his behaviour and attitude today! This will be reported to Deliveroo's operations team and to...
