This place is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend going to this "shisha lounge". The shisha was passable. The food... the chicken wings were £9 for 12, which is a normal price for wings, but not if the wings were actual £1 value pack Iceland chicken wings just put in the oven. The service was subpar, the only waitress that they had was rude and was very demanding. The football was from a stream site and kept cutting out, the tv was faulty with a large, black portion on the screen and the TV itself broke down while the game was still on. The sign outside the lounge states that it's "under new management". This makes me wonder what the lounge was like before the overhaul. It is quiet but this is just a mater of preference not a one star thing, if you want a loud place then this is not for you. I had no issues with the Shisha, I asked them to mix 2 flavors of Al-fakher in one shisha and they did and it tasted just as it should, spent a few hours and they kept changing the coal even more than I needed. I was also worried about going as a women alone and it was no issue at all, 3 more lades came in later on and they also seemed to enjoy it. Coffee was also good (illy). I didn’t try any food.

£25 for shisha & mint tea - and bit dear compared to other well known establishments charge £20 & lot better shisha flavour
Chap who was making & starting the shisha - spent about 5mins puffing the shisha to start & by the time I got it - all the flavour was burnt & only taste was burnt charcoal
Mint tea - was told - give it 5 mins to dissolve - 10mins later only taste was of boiled warm water
