Morley's Mitcham — Restaurant in London

Usually very happy with this branch and order here frequently (at least 4 times in the last couples months) but I placed an order today online that was confirmed to be accepted a nd estimated delivery of 20 minutes. It has since been pushed back several time and over 2 HOURS it still has yet to arrive!! I completely understand, if during busy hours there might be a delay but it is Tuesday early afternoon (order placed at 1:40pm). I called them to enquire about the order and cancel it and they said they can't cancel the order even though they don't know when a driver would potentially come pick it up and then hung up on me. I liked this Morley’s unit, but over time there has been a significant increase in cheap combos and there has also been harassment from the employee who works in the kitchen. It's unfortunate to deal with this type of behavior, thinking it's a safe environment but no, it works and hits on every woman who enters! I quite liked Morleys the chicken shop is tasty. But I don't think I can go here again as I have found out from the staff the BBQ ribs are made of pork. The shop have tried to cover this as there menu says BBQ ribs. It feels like there are substitutes going on here, a customer can be eating any ribs so be careful with the shop.
