JMJ Chicken Express — Restaurant in London

The boss man was all slow and sleepy it took him like 5 minutes to work out the cost of my order (four BBQ wings, one piece of chicken and chips).

He said it’s £3.

He’s all over the place literally like he just woke up from a long nap.

I asked him if the chicken and chips can go in a box instead of some paper bags. He said box is 10p 👎

He forgets my order and asks me what it is again. 👎

He now tells me I will only get 3 wings for that price not 4.👎

I ask for some burger sauce he says 20p 👎

I told him as he was putting the food in the box that we agreed on 4 wings so he should put 4...

He says ‘ ok I’ll give you four wings’.

He counts the wings as he puts them in out loud.. ‘One.. two.. three.. FOUR wings...’

Imagine now I get home and he only put 3 wings in the box....

The new two guys are VERY BAD. I don’t know why did the manager removed old staff and hire two new workers, they don’t even know english , they cant even know how to communicate properly and they can’t even understand if i am asking for something, i am attaching a picture of my very recent order and i was very clear that i am allergic to lettuce so i need only onions but still they put lettuce. It has happened 4 times in a row. And i complained about it but they don’t listen to us. I am very disappointed with them. I am buying stuff for last 5 years from this shop and it never happened but after these two guys it is happening very often. And the management is very poor, they don’t clean the table properly. The food is hit an miss, but I thought I'd give it ago again. Ordered a filet burger with burger sauce, but once I drove home and sat down to eat, turned out to be a strip burger with mayo.
