At Morley’s, the service towards delivery drivers is quite disappointing. When they receive an order through a delivery app, they are given 10 to 15 minutes to prepare the food before the app automatically assigns a driver. However, the staff often wait until the delivery driver arrives at the restaurant before even starting to prepare the order. This leads to unnecessary delays, causes the food to be late for the customer, and results in financial loss for the delivery drivers, who are paid per delivery and depend on efficiency. Their quarter pounders used to be okay until they start serving them burnt so I tried their chicken fillet burger. That was good for some time until that went down hill as well. Now I find their food to be quite tasteless and disgusting. Only one staff member is normally friendly. The others are very ignorant and rude.
