Really thought this place was going to be a winner but the flavour just wasn’t there. We went on a Tuesday and was really busy so great atmosphere. Poppadoms were a bit stale (maybe leftover from the weekend). Pickles and dips very good though. The onion bhajis to start were the best I’ve ever had (and I’m from Leicester so I’ve had a lot of great bhajis!). Ordered my favourite curry - paneer tikka masala and this was the biggest disappointment- it literally tasted like creamy gravy?! So bizarre. The peshwari naan looked very promising, but there was absolutely no coconut flavour so that was disappointing. I think this place would be so good but I would order something different next time! Service was great, really friendly. And very reasonable too. Rice portion huge enough to share. And the paratha was delicious though doughier than I’m used to (good for me!). A disappointing visit but I wouldn’t be put off coming again as long as I ordered differently!

I honestly can’t recommend this place more then I do to all my friends it’s literally THE BEST. The food here is amazing full of flavour, they have so many options it’s hard to choose and all of them are great. I’ve been here over 10 times and I’ve always been satisfied with the food/service/atmosphere. The people who work there are such lovely kind people that you can tell love doing what they do. Me and my brother always go here for any celebration it’s just an amazing place. 100% recommend it!!!!!

Been here twice so far and loved it both times! Very nice experience and the food is delicious. Highly recommend :) will definitely be a returning customer!! If you come definitely try one grill that comes in the clay dish and one curry. I personally loved the tandoori mixed grill as it comes with different types of meat and for the curry, well there’s loads to try (the chicken karahi is amazing). Also love how they give a warm disposable cloth at the end to clean your hands and a chocolate

First time visiting this restaurant with my partner last night. We had heard good reviews so we were looking forward to having dinner. However, we will not be going back.

Firstly, we waited an hour and 10 minutes for our food to arrive, with no apology or acknowledgement about how long we had been waiting - it seems they were far more interested in prioritising take away clients than their dining customers.

Then, when the food finally came, one of the dishes was wrong (I completely understand that mistakes are inevitable in a restaurant setting, so that wasn't a problem if they were willing to change it). When I asked our waiter if this was the dish I ordered, he said it was (However, I have had the dish in other restaurants in which the sauce is red and this dish looked like a korma - obvious difference!).

I then called the manager over and asked him to identify the dish I had, in which he replied that it was a completely different one to the one I had ordered. The waiter then came to the table, and was terribly rude to me stating 'you are wrong. If you are wrong I am going to tell you and you are wrong'. I think some customer service training wouldn't go a miss here. By this time I had lost my appetite and just wanted to leave.

Finally, when we received the bill they had overcharged us and tallied up the bill wrong! Then when we asked them to change it, they acknowledged that they had calculated it wrong. However, they brought the same bill back to the table! I then told the manager that the bill still had not been changed so he went to get another one. No apologies for the terrible service or anything.

Overall, rude staff, long waiting times, food was poor and lacking in taste. We will definitely not be returning here and will be not recommending...

My son said Munal "must be good because it is always full". However, the reason it was full on Saturday night is because nearly everybody was sitting at their tables WAITING for their meals. We booked a table for 7pm. After half an hour we hadn't even managed to place our order. I actually had to ask a waiter to take it. We wish we had taken this as an omen and got up and left.

After watching countless take-aways come and go, finally our food arrived - after 9pm! It was the same for all the poor customers. The staff were completely prioritising the take aways and did not cope with the restaurant customers.

When the food DID arrive it was OK - but only just. It was at least hot but fairly bland. I would certainly not recommend this outfit and certainly will never go there again. The staff were not even apologetic. It was a terrible experience. I am 67 years old and this is the...
