if I had the chance, I would rate it 0. I entered this coffee shop and ordered a sandwich. I was told it costs £4.60. where on their wall it was written £3.60. I told them is a bit expensive. While i was paying for the sandwich, a waitress who worked there touched the till and the electronic till was blocked and would not open. The owner of this cafe starts yelling at the waitress in my presence, insulting her. it was truly a horror how he treated his staff. Showing him how to open the cash register to return my change, he told me to sit at the table. I didn't need to sit down, I was just waiting for the food. but he was getting more aggressive and I started to feel sorry for the waitress who started shaking. I canceled the order and the owner starts saying get out get out. If you can, don't go to this arrogant and scary man. I also reported the case to the police so they can make sure that the lady is safe. It is very sad how this owner treat his staff. Avoid this place. I have ordered from this place a few times. The first time, I got the vegan breakfast and ended up with food poisoning an hour later, but I chalked it up to my stomach being sensitive and didn’t report it. Yesterday, I decided to order breakfast again and chose the jacket potato. However, it arrived looking more like porridge than a jacket potato, as you can see in the image below. When I called the restaurant, the staff member was rude and blamed the problem on the driver, refusing to offer an exchange even though I requested that the driver take the food back.
